QUOTE (Zed.D @ Mar 26 2012, 09:32 PM) Pato is out for the season?? where'd you hear that acid? I think it's pretty obvious at this point that they will give him whatever time he needs to get this thing fixed. Practically an entire season out now is worth it if it means his injury troubles are solved for the long run

Well normally, yes, but X-Off posted a few statements in the Catania thread. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) Obviously, the official officials are probably waiting for the final results from the US to make a statement. But who knows what's going on behind the scenes, maybe too soon to tell, maybe they postponed an in-depth treatment till the end, to make a return now. It would have been great if Pato or his agent (Ronaldo, right?) made a statement on this regard.

QUOTE (acid911 @ Mar 29 2012, 05:06 PM) Nice to hear, particularly about Nesta. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) We'd need him like anything in the next 5 days! I'd rest him against Catania. I'm mostly curious about VB at this point, does training seperately mean he's still injured? I just don't understand what our medical team actually do, before the Roma game VB was a possibility for that one, so shouldn't that mean that he's very close to recovering? Just stupifying

QUOTE (han2503 @ Mar 30 2012, 12:13 AM) I'd rest him against Catania. Exactly, no sense risking him. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) Silva against Roma was another story. Just stupifying Bommel's wasn't a very serious injury, anyway. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) It was just coupled with his suspension for the CL. He should be back against Catania like X-Off said, and hopefully back into the groove come the Barcelona away leg.
