It's a friendly, whoarethepatriots. I imagine there'll be quite a few subs, hopefully including the kids. From the photos seen so far, we know Darmian and Strasser are there.

I would expect Darmian and Strasser to be there, but im talking about players like Pedrocchi, and maybe someone like Pasini or Albertazzi

I haven't picked any of those kids out in photos. Not sure they're there. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) The Primavera campionato starts up again on the 10th so some of 'em might've stayed back to train.

Hamburg: Abbiati; Zambrotta, Maldini, Kaladze, Jankulovski; Flamini, Pirlo, Ambrosini, Ronaldinho; Pato, Shevchenko.

Whoopsie daisy! At first look, it sounded weird. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/innocent.gif) I thought Hamburg had bought all our players. Then I read the whole sentence.

Beckham injured? (IMG:http://qsmile.com/qsimages/171.gif)

I was thinking, what if he damaged a ligament and had to stay away from football for three months? wouldn't that make all this Beckham-to-Milan-mania a big fat joke? wouldn't the whole world laugh at us?

This should be a very interesting match. Not only for the fact that it will serve us as a great practice for Werder Bremen..

The Italian press is reporting that he has a muscular complaint as of the second training today and that he'll be a gameday decision.

I wish I could watch this one; Hamburg is one of the funner Bundesliga teams to watch. Fishdoll is a big fan of Ivica Olic; sadly, Olic is going to Bayern next season. Darnit.

Rumor has it that he may not remain long at Madrid; he's been mentioned a couple of times as a barganing chip for various transfers (ie, VDV +$$$ for Ashley Young).

Gosh. they didn't even let VdV show what he's capable of! I'm not particularly a fan, but I think it's not all his fault.

Olic looks a lot like Danial Craig. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/innocent.gif) As a matter of fact, the first time I saw him, I thought I was watching James Bond playing. Unfortunately, he wasn't that influential in the Euros 2008. Can't wait to see him later today, though!

Ancelotti:
QUOTE
"I saw an improvement in the athletic condition of various players, in particular that of Andriy Shevchenko. I think that in the second part of the season Sheva will have an important role. This first part of the season was not easy for him, but now he managed to get on the same level of his team-mates from the athletic point of view."
