it's amazing how inter runs away with the league, but we still have better attendance (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Amazing find Warchant. I thought Inter surpassed us this year. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)

I don't think it's accurate or updated since the numbers don't add up. Roma has 240k while Inter has 200k, but Inter has a higher average attendance (huh??)

plus 200k / 19 home games = average of like 10k per game so these stats are not for the whole season

it is up to date...read the website and you'll see that

you have to take into account that not every game was completely sold out...while others were...it throws off the average attendance a little bit...regardless, we had the largest attendance.

take some math classes (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

How does Inter have a lower total attendance then Roma but a higher average one?

????

What was wrong with my math, I took total and divided by the number of home games. Sheesh.

It says Milan has a total of 259,000 for 2006/2007. In the previous year it says we have 891,000.

Are you still telling me it's "completely updated for this year"

maybe you should take some logic classes

I honestly dont think that soccer net would make a mathematical error. I believe in those averages.

did you see any of our games earlier in the season? the san siro was nearly empty

it may not be up-to-date, but with all the scandals and empty stadiums serie a has had this year i also would believe those #'s

It can't possibly be right.

It says we've had around 250,000 over a whole season, with an average of 50,000 a game. I'm no genius, but that works out to 5 home games? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

I know Italian football is poorly supported but Villa get around 700,000 fans per season, surely Milan would get more than 250,000?

Also, how came Roma have more fans than Inter over the whole season, yet have a lower average, it's mathematically impossible. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I found this. Basically Inter top us by a small margin. Probably right.

Dunno. Check it out.

That sounds better, Italian football really doesn't get support though, no idea why. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

That's not mathematically impossible... it could be right but I doubt it; there's certainly something wrong with those stats!
