Well i think that buffon would be a great solution for ac milan in the keeper post, nevertheless i think that juvetus will ask the fair for the keeper, buffon in much better thatn dida that did do it very well this season, let's hope milan can close the deal with buffon, he would be an exeptional incorporation to milan team.

Buffon wants out of Juventus
tribalfootball.com - May 22, 2006

Gigi Buffon is ready to ask for a move away from Juventus.

Even if Juve escape relegation to Serie B over Italy's match-fixing scandal, Buffon is prepared to quit the club this summer, says Virglio Sport.

The Italy No1 has already informed Juve officials of his intentions, which is sure to see AC Milan come in for the keeper.

Buffon does not enjoy a good relationship with coach Fabio Capello and is still angry over comments about his private life made by the Juve trainer while recovering from his shoulder injury last year.

Milan know they would have to break the bank to land Buffon, but with the cash raised from Andriy Shevchenko's sale to Chelsea will not be short of funds.

Current Milan No1 Dida has a year left on his current deal and has lost the confidence of coach Carlo Ancelotti this past season.

Well... his our new keeper. He'll be announced soon. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Yes Buffon undoutably will be a very good addition to the squad, but we need to cover our attack Gilardino is simply not good enough to play on his own

yeah , i think that we could use some other world class striker, gilardino i good , but he does not moves like sheva, he does not have the same agility that the ucranian, however , if milan joins buffon , and also as top class defender like gallas, or if they can think for a while in kompany , milan should have a great team for next season , i dunno why they are keeping players shuch as costacurta, or favalli , i mean, i know the mentallity of the team, but , if milan really want to get on top of europe and on top of italy, they need to spend some more money in really good players...

later on..

NO way... Dida is not our best choice, but buffon is not the one either. Milan has not fallen to a level to buy old Juve players...
