I think Seedorf will rest some players since we play Atletico on Tuesday. Poli and Balo are still doubtful, I'd rather he saves them for Atletico, especially since Honda is cup-tied

Correction; Seedorf just confirmed that Zapata and Balo are both fit. Still I'd rather he makes them sit this one out to avoid them getting injured. I'd rather have Zapata over Bonera starting on Tuesday.

QUOTE (Rossoneri7 @ Mar 7 2014, 02:51 PM) Highly unlikely we will qualify, even if we did qualify (by some miracle, in that Atletico won't show up) Serie A should be more of a priority if anything.
This because every game counts in Serie A, and Undine Se are no push overs. I would have my best players on the pitch for this one. Regardless if Lada is Cup tied or not. But technically speaking Serie A is already over for us, I'd rather not make EL if it came down to it. While in the CL I really do believe we still have a fair shot of going through, call me crazy but I do think that if we play like we have been so far I think we can give it a more than good go. Either way, I'm not saying let's rest the entire starting 11 and play with a Coppa Italia style second string. But resting players like Zapata and Balo who just came back from injuries and Kaka who can't really handle playing so many games on top of each other isn't going to make that big of a difference. We've been starting with Bonera for weeks now, and aside from a couple of small mishaps which Rami covered for he's been decent, same goes with Pazzo who has covered for Balo for the last 2 games now. Honda usually starts anyway, what I'm saying is, we rest Kaka and Poli who will both be needed on Tuesday and play Honda, Taraabt and Robinho in attack. Because if something does happen to Kaka we'll be screwed on Tuesday as he cannot be as easily replaced due to Honda being cup-tied in that competition

Technically speaking, we can still win the CL, whereas in Italy the best we can do is Europa League, which I do not want. So, I can't see how Serie A should be a priority.

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Mar 7 2014, 11:57 PM) Mediaset line-up: Abbiati; De Sciglio, Zapata, Mexes, Emanuelson; Muntari, Montolivo; Birsa, Honda, Robinho; Pazzini.
Heavy turnover. Well that's Coppa style changes right there... Birsa... Had nearly, NEARLY forgot about him
