Such a petty match this is what i hate about serie a , way way to much diving...stupid fouls that a sunday team don't do on both sides.

I dream of a day where balo doesnt dive and he actually plays like a man...i love it when Monti is screaming at him to do something while the other 10 men defend while he does nothing but watch them pathetic. On his day he can be a genius on the other he might as well be watching them play from behind a t.v.

so annoying.

+ this game is boring as ****

And they had been doing so well up to that point. Just absolutely stupid the way they conceded that. Just jumping around him like headless chickens. Someone should have brought him down before he even reached the penalty area

What had been a promising 1st half aside from a stupidly conceded goal, has now turned seriously woeful. Can't keep the ball for longer than a few seconds, thanks in part to terrible passing mistakes which are mostly unforced

Gervinho scores as I'm writing this (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Gervinho offside on that, though... still counted 2-0

Balo sulking like a child in the dug-out

He was indifferent all game long, Not just him, the rest of the side is also at fault

FT. Lost to a badly defended goal and an offside one. But they never seemed like they were really putting a lot of effort in it.

Roma simply wanted it a lot more, while we simply cruised it in neutral for the most part.

Thought the first half was tactically brilliant from Seedorf. We were against the second best in the league who haven't lost at home and despite our own run I never expected to win tonight, and anything we got was a bonus. Until Pjanic scored it was a tight, disciplined away display designed to frustrate, and it did that superbly.

If Balo had had desire tonight he might even have scored.

As it was woeful defending from Monto, Rami then feeble keeping from Abbiati in conjunction with an admittedly fine run from Pjanic changed everything.

Second half we attacked more, but became a mess at the back, and the second goal completely sealed it.

Ata and Sass are the critical matches, not tonight, and not the Madonnina.

Ratings

Abbiati: 6 Weak at the goal but one good save.

Bonera: 5 Crossing was really ghastly when he's capable of better. Defending was decent enough till it crumpled like everyone else second half.

Mexes: 6 Looked excellent and dominant till the second half when it just fell apart.

Rami: 6 Same as Mexes.

Constant: 5 Meh.

Muntari: 5 Meh

Monto: 6 Bright in places but still just doesn't seem capable of controlling games like he used to for us.

Honda: 4 Meh

Kaka: 4 Meh

Taarabt: 5 Couple of borderline ok moments but he's being completely wasted on the left wing.

Balo: 0 Doesn't even deserve a point for that.

Seedorf: 6 I genuinely felt he got it right in the first half, limited Roma to mostly speculative shots. But the second half was a disaster.

Apparently Balo had another stinker (4.5 on Mediaset). This is what I'm talking about. He's a big man against the puny opponents (and even then not always), but then disappears against the toughies. So, so typical. What's a player like this useful for? And then I'm the one unfairly criticizing him...

Just watched the goals. Abbiati was abysmal in both occasions. Pjanic was fantastic in the first one, though. Made complete fools of our entire defense. And I don't think Gervinho was offside in the second one.
