Cristian Brocchi resta legato, legatissimo a Firenze, tanto che, secondo alcuni, si sarebbe letteralmente offerto alla Fiorentina, pur di poter far parte ancora di questo gruppo. Del suo amore per la squadra dei Della Valle, Brocchi non ne fa mistero e a noi di Fiorentinanews.com spiega: “Il mio ‘sogno’ sarebbe quello di indossare la maglia viola per la seconda volta, anche perché, sinceramente parlando, non sarei mai voluto tornare a Milano. Purtroppo però non c’è la volontà da parte della società gigliata di riavermi in rosa, molto probabilmente perché ha già in mente altri obiettivi. Il centrocampista rossonero ha concluso facendo un ‘pronostico’ sulla stagione che vedrà protagonista in maglia viola un suo ex compagno, Alberto Gilardino: “Sono sicuro che Alberto farà una grande stagione, prima del suo arrivo a Firenze lo avevo più di una volta ‘sponsorizzato’ perché sono convinto che sia la piazza giusta per lui, ma anche perchè ritroverà un grande allenatore che lo stima come Prandelli”.

You guys think Brocchi is useless, don't deserve to be on a football field or to wear a football shoes, fine but don't expect me to agree with you! In fact, I'm surprised you don't consider Gattuso, Ambrosini, Bonera, Kaladze, favalli, Kalac, Simic, Emerson and Gilardino as mediocre players too! The later I witnessed all what you said about him, but I'm sure a couple of years you were also bashing the others and label them mediocre players for the same reasons ... you see the difference with the ones you named above and brocchi is that they can come on as a sub, or play a smaller role and do well, while brocchi is just useless no matter what role you put him in(at least with milan). guy like favalli and emerson were once excellent players their just over the the hill now, kaladze has had a couple of good season, gila was amazing with parma and has scored some crucial goals had a good first season with us, gattuso + ambro are great at what they do and simic bonera are excellent depth/subs for milan. brocchi he just doesnt have a place on the team.
