I put 'local derby' in on Wikipedia and found the Israel ones.
it says Hapoel Haifa is your city derby, but they suck so you'd just getting bragging rights on me all the time. Israel have the 19th best league apparently. It's not too far off Turkey and Greece either, which shows it's on the up because those two have some pretty fiercesome teams.
