@han: Let's not speak too soon, about their defence. They played two inexperienced centre backs coz of injuries. It might not be the same cup of tea, when Celtic come in full strength. But for what it's worth, I don't think it will make a difference to the eventual result.

I think they will come with the same defence they played with in Glasgow. Injuries and all that.

QUOTE Get a grip and realize not every game will end up in a 4-0 win. Would be sexy though, if it did! Of course 6-0 tennis matches are my favourite scoreline.

QUOTE (mishie @ Feb 22 2007, 08:02 PM) oops shall i put the toys back in the pram (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) and yes i saw Milan 2-3 years ago in fact i was watching them 16-17 years ago so don't tell me how good or bad they are!! it wasn't an average side that drew at Celtic park ,it was a good side that missed chances and after all didn't Celtic beat the current E.P.L leaders only a few weeks ago!! Get a grip and realize not every game will end up in a 4-0 win. (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) I never said we should win every game 4-0, I'm just sick of seeing our players miss chance after chance, for god's sake we had more than 3 clear goal opportunities and except for Gila's we didn't test their keeper at all!!! I dont know if you're alright with that but i'm certainly not and never will be, you can't expect a side like Milan loosing such opportunities! And I dont care who they beat few weeks ago, I saw a match that we controled most of the time and didn't win and that bothers me a lot and makes me agry, call me a perfectionist or a fanatical or whatever you want but when it comes to Milan I just can't hold it! See, I think the difference between you and me is that you (and some others in the forum) compare Milan with other teams while I dont, I want my team to be the best, full stop!

@milanistar: I appreciate your passion, but if I could be serious for a minute(ok this is gonna take a lot of concentration), we just feel, that this being the end of an era and all, it's gonna take some time. So how do you put it, we're cutting Milan some slack.

QUOTE (Bluesummers @ Feb 22 2007, 11:42 PM) @ milanistar: don't worry man its all good just chill take some pill. Milan will take it at home. Also (sorry some may get offended) Milan are not Europe's best anymore. Maybe we deserve top 16 listing but thats it. Come on now you can't honestly expect us to be killing Celtic 4-0, a very very good team which needs no introduction. Get a grip and open your eyes. Milan are probably 3rd best in italy now. Inter and roma are way better than us and when you get into Europe just forget about it. The days of the old are gone and people here have got to get used to what position were in right now. Our number one striker left, the one who pretty much did everything (no offence to Pippo). You can't expect gila and oli to suddenly be able to say, yes no problem carlo i can score 20+ goals a season. It takes time and you gotta roll with the punches. Were doing better and improving as a team. Carlo i think should get manager of the year cause hes pulling sh!t out of a hat with nothing. Were having a pretty good season and were gonna make it to 4th place is what i believe. Most people in europe say milan is just kaka, and i personally disagree with them but they do have a point. In european competitions, without kaka we would not be surviving up to this stage. But i think in 2 years we'll be really good again, i can feel it. forza milan (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devil.gif) Great post. True in every sense.

QUOTE Carlo i think should get manager of the year cause hes pulling sh!t out of a hat with nothing. Here's where I add in my two cents, put on best Jack Nicholson voice and sneer, and say to all those nay sayers harping on about Mourinho and Rijkaard....'You can't handle the truth!!'
