And guys, we may not agree on the signings, but please do keep in mind that we at least got some new blood in. Which is more than that could have been said an year (or even a month back). Sure better/favorite/alternate players were available for everyone we signed, but that's always the case isn't it? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Let's be happy we got new supply of ammo and go out all guns blazing. I'd happily have taken half the market we did, but the ins and outs I saw in the lat week are pure bliss. No one can say the board didn't try.

Pretty much summed it up for me.

I'm impressed by management more than anything.

Has anybody seen any concrete figures regarding how much we paid for Robinho?

So, Kaladze and Borri out, Robinho in.

Wowzers. At the beginning of the summer it was said Milan would need a transfer market miracle. I think it happened.

I say promote Stasser, Merkel and Odu and this has been one of the better markets in a LONG time.

Strasser and Odu have already been promoted. They're in the first-team squad. But Merkel and Verdi haven't.

Yup, and I've been spying on rival boards (inter, juve and Roma), and even fan forums across Europe and for the most part it has been doom and gloom. More so across the big three in Italy, and well this is the third year running EPL has not had an influx of quality players. Not a smidgen. Galliani is now one of the most hated/envied figure in world football, not just because of the players he got, but how he got them.

And don't forgot a a completely new XI of youngster that we plucked from other clubs for the future (and not just other youth clubs, but Chelsea and Barca young ones). Even if three out of those make the transition, it is a job well done. B&G have pulled a master stroke, they have done their bit. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/king.gif) And now it is up to the players and the coach to show what they are made of. Anything less than the CL or the Scudetto would be utterly disappointing. Particularly now that we have entered the league of the top tier clubs of Europe. It matters now how we did it, but at least other people and teams are taking notice.

We could have done even better yes, but anything less than an A for this market would be unfair to the board. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) A+ even if you consider we managed to get rid of the leech Kala. Like I said, let's sleep good tonight, and enjoy the rid. The board seems serious, and any shortcomings can also be addressed in the January window. Been a while since I've said this, but:

Forza Milan!

Updated figures suggest, £12.5 for a 4 year deal. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ESPN Soccernet says the same, so I guess we'll know for certain later today.

No, Fuggedaboutit both Maxwell and Mexes. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Nothing on them. Also apparantly the official AC Milan site says that Borriello went on a loan deal for about 2 million, with the option to buy at the end of the year at 13m.

I wasn´t especially happy about Robinho... but our team did a fantastic job in the transfer market so I´m just going to concentrate on being happy.

Robinho is a player with a lot of quality and fantasia, we all know that. Our whole worries are based on his attitude. We just hope that he feels in a better place with Ronnie, Pato and Thiago and believes in himself and in the fact that he is a real pro playing for the best team of the world.

I just hope that the signing of Robinho is part of a special and secret plan that our coach has and nobody knows about.

A special formation never seen before that will shake modern football.

FORZA MILAN!

I'm not entirely ready to jump on the rainbows-and-lollipops bandwagon just yet. Still think the personalities involved may lead to trouble sooner rather than later. Am going to take a wait and see attitude.

I see, thank you.

Hopefully Borriello preforms well with AS Roma.
