Damn, Genoa (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) hope they don't give up on the 4th as Fiorentina still have to play some tough games [IINM].

FT Genoa 0 - 1 Lazio

+1 cookie to Muslera. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

This is only Genoa's 2nd home loss of the year (the other was to the cugini).

I wanted to say that! *tweaks a fin*

And to think this was the same guy who coughed up five against us merely 18 months ago.

I like the kid. He stuck with it and fought for his place - and heck, took over the #1 place for Lazio over Carrizo. He's a good keeper even if Milan seem to score on him for fun (we put 3 past him this year).

Heh.

I think the fact that his main competition for the #1 spot was the much-hyped Carrizo instead of someone who regularly needed a walker (Ballotta) has increased his confidence by leaps and bounds.

Moose may never reach Buffon or Cesar-like heights in Serie A, but he could be up there with the Freys and Rubinhos of the league in just a couple more years if he keeps this up. Of course, Lazio not sucking on a regular basis will work wonders. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

So the late game has started in Italy. THe cugini are at the Olimpico di Torino to face the Gobbi. Pretty fast pace so far with the home side getting the best of the chances (couple of shots on goal too).

Last time I saw someone do that it was Nesta for Lazio, years ago. Very impressive.

Balotelli's losing his temper.

Fishdoll (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

During halftime RAI has showed pictures of the Gobbi players warming up. Giovinco was there and so, finally, was De Ceglie. He's one of their young kids promoted up from the youth team who had a bad collision with a Napoli player and ended up with broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Good to see him back.

Fishdoll -1 cookie to zeddie for using a nickname for a cugini player. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

The Juve defense really has lost its mojo. Dreadful timing for them to do so.
