No , I dont think it's the coach. Carlo led milan to champions league , scudetto , super cup and coppa italia victory (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif)

Yeah, in fact I think Ancelotti know how to organize our defense. But maybe he has illusion about our attackers. Although Shev and Gila (or Bobo and Crespo before) plus Kaka >> no one can deny ours. But the strikers aren't gods, so the problem is maybe Milan should return our defense-play style (just like 2003).

We should re-arrange our defense. It was made by tactics & co-work between team members, not by names. Remember how we denfense with Maldini, Nesta, Kaladze, Laursen, Simic, Rino, Roque Junior, Billy and Dida.

Another points, why Milan very often loses in heading-denfense?? especially in free-kick? Our defenders all are tall, big, strong and skillful >> It's clearly a tactics prolem.

Yeah but at least when you watch Milan play it is usually exciting compared to watching the English Premiership where its just defense, defense, defense.

he's done well with Milan in the past 4 years..

i dont know if it's just me --> i still dont think ancelotti as a good tactician [compare to Capello, Mourinho or Benitez].. a downside, that cost Milan a fair bit in some game that we should have no problem..

but, looking at Milan's trophies haul with Ancelotti as a coach.. it's doesnt look so bad at all

If we end up empty handed again this season, it's time for him to go in my opinion.

He's done well, nobody can argue with that, but so he should of with the squad he's had at his disposal.

Edit - Moved into the Milan section

Hes a good coach. Not amazing. But good.
He does drop some clangers every now and then, but to be honest, theres probably only Wenger, Josè or Hiddink who could do a better job imo.

He has been great. BUT, I wouldn't mind seeing him leaving. So long as that means either Capello or Lippi or Mourinho coming.

Please no more Oscar Tabarez (spelling?)! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

Well after watching the game tonight (Milan V PSV) I would say the problem is the coach, some of the tactics were bemusing.

I don't have new opinions on him. I repeat. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) He is a very good coach, but there are better ones.

I kinda agree with M1ke and (sometimes) Berlusconi, (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) with all the stars in our team, we probably should have won more by now. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I hope he proves me wrong by bringing home all the trophies this season. Please....

Yes Van Basten would be ideal perhaps after the world cup can't see him coming before then.
