Easy one. Bonaventura gets MoM followed by Menez. Honda for flop.

For once we agree!

Though Lopez, Mexes, Monto & Rami all had good games too.

Honda was just beyond rubbish.

Who voted Bonera? The bias here is sometimes stunning.

MoM for me has to be one of the CBs, can't decide which yet, Menez was his usual fits and starts but his goal isn't enough to warrant it, I thought Monto was also pretty great as well and showed just how valuable he is for our midfield

Flop has to be one of the FBs for me, can't decide which yet

Not me, haven't voted yet, but he was one of the worst on the pitch yesterday as he usually is. Barely decent 1st half and an atrocious second where he completely faded away

Only players who can compete with Bonera for the flop are Armero and Honda (Honda mostly for not being present enough in the game as he didn't make me cringe like the other 2 did whenever they went near the ball)

Well I disagree. I think we all tend to be hypercritical with Bonera and (recently) Armero. Both did okay, surely not flop material. Surely, by no means they are starting material, but as backup FB's they did solidly, with no big mistakes. Bonera is old, and it's only natural that he lets the up and down runs be in second half. This is the better alternative to leaving space wide open like he and especially Oddo did in the past. But he made a few nice passes. Armero was shaky, but he still contributed with that fine cross.

All in all, they've been fair from my point of view. None deserves to be marked as flop, just like most of the ratings from Gazzetta to other papers suggest.

Why? You think he did anything especially wrong? In comparison to say Honda.

Because Bonera played as Right Back, not Center Back and he should have helped Honda in that right wing. And since he is, well you know how "good" Bonera is especially when it comes to running and covering ground, that left Honda alone and lost on the pitch. So then you gain the perception that Honda wasn't good enough. But maybe Honda set a high standard for himself, did good in previous weeks, and now when he wasn't shinning like always, you call him floop.

Why were our CB's that good ? 'cause they expressed themselves and did good. But why did they have to express themselves ? 'cause our RB's were so poor and they had many crosses comming their way. If Bonera did that good, he would do a better job covering his side and not allowing Mexes and Rami to sweat so much.
