Podolskis scoring problem is a complex thing. The club has been led by incompetent coaching staff which is a minus by itself. Also, I think Poldi would fit easier to the italian league then the german Bundesliga. It's a risk, if you ask me, I'd take that risk. QUOTE That comparison is baffling. For someone who felt Krasic and Dinho were too different a player, then comparing LB Janku to RWF Krasic is completely illogical. Maybe. I should have compared him to Abate then. Fact is, he can and occasionally played the RB. Anyway, I don't think he's that special or good, I fail to see anything else beyond the hype people tend to encourage. Jovanović had a much better season, a much better tournament...he's IMO a better player. QUOTE Let Dinho Go. Play Pirlo as AM in front of Ambro and Flam. I'll be speechless - cuz that'd truly be smart. I don't think Pirlo can pull it off. We all expected Pirlo could fit the AM but honestly, he's much better fielded on the position Ancelotti found for him.

QUOTE (Dracoris @ Jul 15 2010, 01:02 AM) Pato Dzeko Podolski Ambro Pirlo Flam Antonini Silva Sokratis Zambro Amelia You'd want the underachiever that is Podolski to be one of the main attackers in the trident over Dinho?? (IMG: style_emoticons/default/freak.gif) Podolski would be a mistake, as he'd fail just like he's done at every other club since big things were expected of him because of the NT

QUOTE (d'Arc.LP @ Jul 14 2010, 11:20 PM) That'd be a good deal but I still think someone like Kaladze should leave first. We'd have 8 CD if we would sign Papastathopoulos. Dzeko want Milan - linknot for 60 m ?? I agree there I would rather play Nesta and let Silva go to the right. He can allways go up and change like Maicon does. He got some skills (IMG: style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Zambro just sinks back.

Hm... I don't think Podolski will be in the starting 11. Remember, he is replacing Huntelaar and Allegri already confirmed Borriello and Pato are his main options for the attack /and Dinho of course/. Podolski will be Pato's alternative in 4-3-1-2. He may be a left forward but in what world would he replace Ronaldinho, seriously? Pirlo as AM should defeinetely be "experimented" during the pre-season friendlies, but this could happen only when Dinho leaves. Besides, if Rino leaves for Greece, we'll probably buy /not loan (IMG: style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) / Lazzari from Cagliari who seems as the perfect Seedorf replacement /and is even cheaper than Podolski, what a great day for Galliani that will be (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) /. I seriously don't get the Papastathopoulos thing though. He is no doubt a talented defender, but what are we going to do with Bonera, Onyewu, Yepes and Kaladze? (IMG: style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) OK, maybe Bonera will be used as a right-back from time to time, but that doesn't solve the 'too much central defenders' issue we already had before Papastathopoulos. Is it really so hard to buy Pisano from Cagliari or De Silvestri from Fiorentina and... stop bringing central defenders. I really don't dig the Thiago Silva as fullback idea although he is fantastic anywhere. We simply need him in the central defence considering Sandro's constant injury problems /and age (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) /. I completely agree about Zambro - lost his speed and his crosses are awful. He is often useful because of the still breathing defending qualities, but we do need a more agressive right back. Oh, man, if only Abate knew how to defend, what a wounderful tale that would've been.

QUOTE (Fishdoll @ Jul 15 2010, 01:00 PM) Where did you read that, Nesta FDL? Please do provide a source and/or link. milannews. It will soon be official. *** Happy? How could you be happy that 3 of our most promising talents + almost 5 mil. will be sacrificed for a player that is hardly better than Bonera? My only explanation is that Allegri wanted him badly, but there is no info of that kind so far.
