you are welcome to hate Gerard. But you MUST agree that he knows how to change the game!!

yes!!!!!!!!!In Anfield yes he does!!!!But last year when they won the CL he did nothing except a great (!!!) second half against Olympiacos in the group stages and they awarded him the best player of the CL prize...duh...His sub Biscan was clearly better than him (in the CL) and he got nothing... True true true

What I'm saying is he know how to play well, but he doesn't do it often!

Did you watch liverpool's match against Westham! FA Cup Final or League final! (don't know).
Gerard broke the flow of the game, exceptionally well braking the moral of the opposite players!

OK that's fair!!!!!!!!!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
that's also what I like in him; he is a real captain he gives his teammates the feeling that everything is alright and that they can make it even when they're down!!

But Gerrard wont be leaving Liverpool this summer. Also Henry stays! Maybe Drogba isnt such a bad idea? After all he stated that he wants to leave the Premier League. He is younger than Crespo, and really has some quality. And why does everyone here consider Abbiat as the No. 1 keeper? I am still with Dida. Abbiat is for the bench or they can use him for mercato transactions!? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Hi everybody! This is my first post. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I think that Dida is becoming a real problem. He doesn't have guts to perform hight exits and team mates don't trust him. On the other hand, Abbiati is less skilled than Dida when he stay between the woods.... The perfect solution would be Buffon but Italian journalists say that he will leave Italy next season.

Talking about foward, i hope that Sheva will stay with us but i'm sure that next year Gila will definitly explode; in my opinion Ibra is good only for the circus... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

Milan really need substitutes for Cafù and Sergighno.... Oddo in the right and Zambrotta in the left would be perfect (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Hi to you! Well, Serginho and Cafu are still great, but yes they need some extra and fresh backup. Zambrotta would be great, you know, he is one of the few Juve players I really respect. For the right wing I would really suggest Dario Srna from..I know it looks a bit like "local-patriotism" (he is from Croatia too like me..) but he is a hell of a player and I hope he proves himself on the WC.. Gerrard is the only English player that I respect the others are all over hyped and players like Beckham who is more of a celebrity than a football player. Liverpool would be nothing without Gerrard he is there to lead and inspire their team without him they would be nothing, and we all saw this last year in the CL (espacially against us in the final) and this year in the FA cup final where the team always had to come from behind he was the one to put in the first goal and continue to lead them and they would miraculasly win.

But I am also not saying that Liverpool don't have any luck with them and it's all just Gerrard because I have never seen luck like theirs when they played against us in the final, the ammount of sitters that we missed after they scored those three goals was just painfully funny (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

ok he's good but I respect Ashley Cole (and others) more...I think he's a player of bigger quality only for his damn position he doesn't score goals so that fans will like him...

At last we have mentioned Gerrard. For me, our midfield is looking tired and frankly, as if it can't be bothered, particularly Seedorf. Pirlo has also begun to worry me, absolutely uninfluential in the CL.

Top quality defenders are so rare. Former Rossoneri Ayala getting on, and we're losing one of a dying breed in Stam. Carvahlo should be investigated, given his discontent at Chelski.

I welcome Crespo, but only as a poss Inzaghi man. For Sheva, only someone like Rooney or the now unavailable Henry, who Milan should have made an effort for. I also rate Owen highly, he just needs a good team, something which Newcastle arnt, but don't think he'll ever leave England now.

--------------------------------------Buffon/Coupet--------------------------------------

Cafu/Zambrotta-----------Nesta---------------Costacurta/Carvahlo-----Maldini/Janku

--------------------------------------Pirlo/Gattuso----------------------------------------

----------------Gattuso/Gerrard--------------------Gerrard/Serginho-------------------

------------------------------------------Kaka----------------------------------------------

Sheva/Rooney Inzaghi/Crespo

I feel that this team, with some of the additions would do well. I trust in our legendary defenders, though admit that due to their age some depth would be helpful, but the likes of Serg and Kaladze will help.

Pirlo replacement could be Gattuso and bring in some top quality midfielders. For me, Seedorf just doesn't care any more, and looks positively lacklustre and lazy on the ball. Crespo proven Serie A performer. Rooney a class act, with the extra creativity that Sheva has but not the likes of Inzaghi or Crespo.

I hope Simao is a joke.

I think that sometimes Seedorf can be amazing depending on the day and sometimes like you said he seems like he can't even be bothered, if their would be more rotation between him and Janku I think that he will get his act together because then he will know that he will have to compete for his first team place, and Janku has always impressed when he is called upon, he scored a goal and made some great assists so I think that we have that side covered.

Pirlo on the other hand has had a very unimpressive season mostly due to exostion and burn out, we have all seen his performances become more and more weak as the season progressed. This happened because we don't have a natural replacement for him and we play him in practically every game. In the beggining of the season he was doing great, he was putting in free-kicks and making does killer passes dow the centre of the field but as the season progressed he got tired so his performances got weak.

As you said someone like gerrard can solve a lot of our problems becuase he can either take Gattuso's place, seedorf's or take pirlo's place and be a creative force like Pirlo is because ha can pass as well as pirlo.

As for Gattuso, well he is one of the engines that drives Milan (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devil.gif)

And for the attack I think that Crespo would be a great accusition alongside Gallas if we lose Sheva to chelsea, he already prooved that he could be a great Milan player so I hope the if we do lose sheva at least we'll gain him, Gallas and money to buy some quality players (but not players like Favalli PLEASE)
