QUOTE (X-Offender @ Nov 18 2011, 03:18 PM) Who mentioned the word "RID"? Or rather, who cares what wording I used? My whole point was that it was the club which decided to sell Kaká. I'd say it was his entourage who decided it first (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

If we can't find anyone better, he should. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) At least, he'll give us a couple of good years. But things may change at Real Madrid at the end of the season, depending on how they do in Europe, so can't really tell. Berlusconi loved the guy, so if he leaves Spain, I'd pen Milan to be his number one choice. It's not like he's 35, anyway. But when our primavera team has more sheer creativity than our club first XI, what can you say?!

Woah, it's a bit weird writing in here again!
In all honesty I loved the guy a few years ago. The memories of that CL campaign will live with me for the rest of my life where he single-handedly dismantled teams but he's not the same guy anymore. It would be a shame to see Kaka come back and just be a nobody, particularly when he'd cost a fair amount to get back.
He wasn't even the same guy the following year in the Serie A and to be honest I was very happy with the deal we got from Madrid for him, unlike the amount we got for Sheva.
All emotion aside I really don't think Kaka is the guy to go for.

Watched him play for Brazil against Japan. Yes, it's only Japan, but - he did very well; created much, run up and down, held and distributed. He'd be an upgrade for our midfield.

He'd be an upgrade for our midfield. Maybe we'll try to have another go at him during the winter... Has he even played for Madrid this season?

I wasn't thrilled with him at all, but nowadays, we need him and he'd be an upgrade.
