here's a question to all.. I'm sure u all agree that Frey is a great goalie so who would you have not taken in order to spend the money on him.. My take is Zambrotta.. We have to many players that can play on either sides and antonnini will be in a good spot to play some guys..

thanks for the info but take example this forum.. it has 32 pages.. when i go, i get page 1 which is to oldest dated message within the forum.. i neeed to go to last page and then scroll down.. what i would like if this exists is that when i click in the forum that the first page is most recent and then works in descending order instead of oldest first and the works in ascending order.
does this make sense?

The issue I have with all this is around what you do when you can't afford top talent. I take a team like arsenal or juventus for that matter. The have an excellent youth system, keep there players. Usually 2-3 from the primavera are rated extremelly high and have a nice buy-out fee that makes both the team and the player valued alot.

I take Milan, we haven't had a top offensive youth player in years.. we finally get a di gennaro that has some potential and what do we do, sell him to get borriello which we owned in the first place. Is it that we had no money that we decided to sell 50% to genoa in the first place. If that was the case, why did we spend money on Ba... thats comical.

So for me the only issue I have with Milan is spend your money wisely if you don't have to throw out. If you look at all the players they have bought (excluding pato at this stage), we lost money on every one of them. this means we buy high and sell low. Usually that means we are buying just before the decline of the player. no good asset management in my account.

If we would have both Santacroce, cigarini, dosenna 2 years ago, we would have great assets today. both in players and sell value

how do i get to see the most recent messages first and not last. check the settings and although it may be late couldnt find it... thanks in advance

I do agree with his skills are outstanding but i guess when I look at milan, it reminds me of italy in this last euro. SLOW.. when I look that our defence consists of maldini, jankoloski, oddo and now zambrotta, midfield of pirlo, ambrossini, gattuso amd seedorf... now which player in this lineup is fast paced and also has skills... for me, this long ball passing from pirlo (and he's the best) to our striker is outdated soccer.. Gila will score alot of goals, when you have the midfielders of fiorentina that may be one of the fastes and youngest midfield in italy and around...

I would love to see a refreshed, young and fast milan..

one thing thats quite ironic here is that seedorf is at times the slowest player that exists, he had issues with holland as newer players were eating into his time.. if he's that good he shoudnt be worried about the others...in my opinion seedorf is exactly the kind of player that we need to get rid off

Hi there, brand new to the milanfan.com club.. One of my biggest issues with the acmilan site and all supporting sites is that I cannot find one place where I can see all the current players owned, part-owned by milan which includes all the youths. Ideally on this site, i would create a database which would allow the users to add/remove players as we find out about them.. Even wikipedia which is great doesn't have this information.. when i sent this to acmilan, i never even got a response.

considering that galliani has stated that his plan moving forward was to grow the internal youth into the team, i find it sad that unlike other teams (wont mention them) we no nothing about who's coming up and where he's playing...

just my 2 cents, will continue to read through the forums and give you my feedback.. overall great site
