Could someone edit the poll for me??

Edit how? I'll change the options to read Inter, Villarreal, Arsenal, Juventus.

Welcome to the forums, Shevo_98! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Nice team (very Milan-centric (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devil.gif) ), but you've got Terry playing out of position. Maybe you mean Cafu-Stam-Terry-Maldini? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

He couldn't come during this window anyway - Chelsea would be left with only Carlton Cole up front. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) I hope he'll come in the summer, though if he has a good WC his price would be substantial.

QUOTE (I_Rossoneri @ Jan 10 2006, 09:42 AM)
I managed a quick glance at The Sun today and one of the stories was that Crespo will leave Chelsea (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devil.gif) . Don't really know how true this is, but I'd welcome him back straight away.

Edit: here's the link http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2002390...6010358,00.html
*

Link is also up at the bbc if anyone's looking for a more reputable source (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) . Italy has been his home after all for the past 10 or so years of his life, it's no surprise he wants to come back.

I wouldn't mind waiting out on buying Crespo in the summer even if it meant that we had to run on just Gila, Sheva, and Pippo until then. It's not very practical and we'd always be at the mercy of Chelsea's demands, but I've always liked Crespo and I like to hope there's a way back to Milan for him. IT'S TRUE !!!!

Official Comunicate:
09/01/2006 19.18.00
L’A.C. Milan comunica di aver raggiunto l’accordo con l’A.S. Monaco per la cessione di Christian Vieri. Il calciatore si recherà domattina a Montecarlo per sottoporsi alla visite mediche e firmare il contratto con la società monegasca.

(IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) bye bye Vieri.
Welcome Amoroso  (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devilsmiley.gif)   (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devilsmiley.gif)

It doesn't say anything about Amoroso though. We'll have to wait and see about that at least. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

Dida's form has been dipping recently, that's a fact...but the way to instill confidence in him is not replacing him...at least, not yet. Milan has larger problems to solve during the transfer window; getting a replacement keeper is unnecessary and will only hamper Dida's confidence.

Player would be Thierry Henry, which I think kind of explains itself. After Ancelotti leaves, I'd love to see van Basten return to coach the side. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devil.gif)

off the top of my head...

-------------Sheva-------Adriano-------------
------------------Ronaldinho------------------
---------Gerrard--------------Kaka-----------
----------------------Pirlo----------------------
A. Cole-----Maldini------Nesta-------Zanetti
--------------------Buffon----------------------

I can't see Pirlo-Gerrard working, but whatever - this is a dream team, after all (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

He was shipped off to Roma just at the start of the season, presumably because we signed Zeljko Kalac and Ancelotti had no use for him anymore. I'm not sure how much he went for, though.

I've never ordered off of Subside and probably won't til I get a job... there's only so much parents will tolerate (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) . The MilanStore annoys me though because regardless of what you purchase - even a $10 pair of socks - shipping is still around the $30-40 range. It's almost comical!

Not only does it cost more, the S&H is expensive!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) I don't know where you are, but shipping to the US is about $40...almost half the cost of the jacket itself!

He'd be cheap(er) too, being cup-tied. Even if the focus should really be on acquiring defenders, if Iaquinta is still available in January...well, he's a good player and if Udinese don't want him, why not? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

My national team is absolutely hopeless....so seeing them win the World Cup would be an experience like nothing else in the world. I saw Milan win the CL in 2003, but if I could see the US beat Brazil in a World Cup final (can you imagine???), I would...well, I don't know how I would feel, but it would be something approaching heaven. The "clearout" players absolutely need to be replaced; otherwise we'll be looking at a very thin squad next year. As a start, it's imperative that Milan buy some defenders in January and re-inforce the back line.

Chivu wouldn't be a bad signing, but I'd rather see the source as something other than TribalFootball, which tends to be a bit overzealous with rumors. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
