I missed the first half too but it seems like the first half was better then the second but great that Robinho finally scored and loved Dinho and his assists. And DAAMN IT! that Thiago Silva is injuyred (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) And seems like I was right (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) It was a owngoal or it looked like it too, Ibra scored at least.. In the wrong goal.

Gattuso has been great, you're right. But I doubt he can play against Real, the way he played today. He spend too much energy today.Flamini didn't even play this season, and he isn't much of a let down when compared to Gattuso at the moment.Although, maybe Gattuso should have been given a rest today but these are the games he needs to be playing.I think a fast/dynamic mid against Real is much better.Again,I'm just assuming. So I could be dead wrong about many things...

Just saw Pato's goals. The first one was absolutely brilliant. Kudos to Ibra for the genius assists.

How much rest didn't he have the last few weeks? A previous time I heard the same and few days later he played awesome again. Of course he gets tired that day but that doesn't mean he will be tired for a half week.

He's 32, and for a player of his characteristics, he gets tired very quickly.

yup.. and not only him.. notice that after the 60th min mark, Chievo finds it easier to penetrate.. and they came in numbers.. maybe that was their tactic after all..

Huh? Why would you prefer Seedorf over Boateng against Real? I hope to see Boateng against Real rather than Seedorf. Boateng, Pirlo and Gattuso is my preference when it comes to our 3 man midfield.

Because I know tat Allegri wouldn't drop Seedorf for the Real match for anything, I would prefer Boateng against Real as well, but I know that's not going to happen, so at least I want a Seedorf that is not already tired because he played nearly 90 minutes just 3 days before

He's looked tired as well in those games, Rino puts in a lot in every game so he's going to burn out quicker, sure he's had time to rest but he's still going to be playing 2 games on op of each other. Flamini could have done the same job Rino did against Chievo without any fuss. And Rino could have been 100% fit and ready to go for Real, now tiredness will creep in faster, and with a Seedorf-Pirlo-Rino midfield we can't afford to have that happen.

Let's give Max a bit of credit. I think if Rino and Zee played 90 minutes today, it's because he planned on having at least one of them benched for Boateng.

Can't see it happening. I'm 99.99% sure that the same midfield 3 we saw yesterday will start against Real

I can't see Boateng starting against a heavyweight like Real.

It better be Seedorf who will be benched for Boateng.

Gattuso + Pirlo + Boateng is the only midfield that makes sense to start the game with. Pato and Zlatan as forwards obviously. Ronaldinho between midfield and attack, unless you want more balance and start Seedorf instead. But let's see how it goes with Ronaldinho.
