Missed opportunity. We played well the second half but just couldn't manage to get a goal.

Dropped points where we should have had them for sure but it was entertaining at least. Prince didn't add much, but Bacca in front of keeper is usually gold, when tonight it wasn't. Then that effort from Berto and Monto at the death. Should have snagged it, but nice job to Miha who made the right adjustments.

Can't really hang a bad game on anyone, Kucka didn't add much and Balotelli couldn't really get on the ball, but he opened up their defense for Niang to put pressure down the wing. Donna had a great game as did Karnezis, but we should have grabbed all three.

Didn't watch the game sans the last 20 minutes, but it looked like we should have won. Regardless, how typical of us to throw points away after building momentum, even more so when both Fiorentina and Inter tied. Pfff... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Well, bad luck. But honestly I don't think it's a typical Milan clusterf***. We played very good. The only problem was condition. Berto, Honda and especially Monto were out of steam for the last 25 minutes, and all we had was Nocerino, Mauri and Boateng.

Sure, it was a chance. But unlike the last few times, we didn't screw up majestically or showed weak mentality, we played our way through and with a little bit of more luck we would have sealed the deal.

Btw. gonna give my ratings later on.

I agree with Fillipo though, it wasn't really anyone's fault, Miha made a mistake with his choice of Kucka and rectified it early in the game by immediately bringing on Balo for the second half and it worked.

We played really well in that second half and how we didn't manage to score I still don't know. Bertolacci's chance off the bar and Bacca's point blank shot straight at the keeper say it all.

I mean it's one thing to be royally p!ssed off after a game where we seriously f@ck up like against Genoa, another when a game like today's happens. I'm really disappointed but I also feel like I can't truly get p!ssed off about it because the players gave it their all imo, and bar moments in the first half it was a very good performance.

I don't know, I guess we can look at the draws from Inter and Fiorentina as a round where we didn't lose ground on 3rd, rather than the big disappointment we're feeling now.

There's still time to catch up and I really do feel like we're improving with each week

Entertaining game, you can't win all of them, but you can beat expectations and to this day, Mihalovic has had a splendid season. Took a while to take off but I like what I see and the important thing is that Milan is playing like a unit.

16 year old 'Gigi Buffon esque' goalkeeper and an ever so present attacking array. The midfield isn't such a big feat, but the emphasis should not be on names but on the team collective. As such Montolivo has won me over in recent games. In short, this team (if it remains intact, with quality additions to defense and midfield) could aim for trophies galore in coming years.

Yet there is a flip side. If no one buys into Milan, the club will be forced to sell 'some' of the star performers this season to shore up losses that were accumulated from last Summer's spending and lack of Europe - It served us well to focus on building a team with little distractions. As can be confiremed by results thus far - But that lack of Europe has had significant affects to the club's income, a crucial aspect we are not affected by Sunday-to-Sunday, which should force the club to sell players at attractive offers. And lack of a new investor doesnt help either.

Not all is gloomy on the horizon, Milan has done well in scouting youth, case in point our gk and scorer. There is a different approach than was applied in seasons past (seasons of glory). I am happy that results are showing up in both the teams performance and the individual player's priority to be cohesive with the team. This environment (bar balotelli) is a catalyst to success and an aura I have missed! It is good the current owner has increased spending when ffp permitted last summer, otherwise I would be here going back and forth with how we have a foot forward and a foot falling weightless behind.

Milan is back, at least till May (IMG:style_emoticons/default/devilsmiley.gif)
