QUOTE (maldini03 @ Oct 4 2015, 08:56 PM) *
Look at the problem one step above the players though, if you're the coach and you see that your team cannot attack, a problem that cannot be alleviated without new more creative players, you say to yourself at least we can defend. We should be the most in synch and tactically sound defensive teams. Play catenacco defend and play the counter. Bleeding goals only works if you can score twice as many, which is how Napoli usually operates

I'm not saying the coach is blameless. Miha has so far failed to really make this team play, something which has plagued us for years now.

But I also have to look above the coach as well. He's got management above his head dictating what formation to play and what type of football should be played as well.

I mean it's just ridiculous and the problem goes beyond the field of play

Of course I won't debate that, you say it's the blind leading the blind on the field but that applies to every facet of this team. Ownership, management, coaching, players. Organization and strong leadership are no longer synonymous with Milan.

Monto giving the ball away twice in a row now as well.

Wake up FFS!

Also there is simply no movement, a player in our midfield has the ball and it's at a complete stand still

We're the team who's had an entire week to prepare and our players look like the ones who played on Thursday, not Napoli

Take this one out of the oven. We're cooked. 3-0, three losses in a row. This isn't gonna get better anytime soon

The funny thing is that Napoli isn't even trying. It's so easy to beat us...
