Gilardino is really something. And that Pippo miss,... I mean Gila practicly tackled Pippo of the shot,...he is unbelivable.

Gila didn't touch Pippo in that m,iss, they simply both went in for the ball, and Pippo only touched the ball but I think he didn't know that the ball was that strongly hit, so it flew over.

Yeah I know, that would really be a concern because it really seems like Cappello is the only one that can handle him

But hey, how can you say Oddo made some good crosses? In the second half he had so much free space, but didn`t do anything at all. He just punched that ball without even looking or thinking. Oddo made some pinpoint crosses , especially in the end of the first half. And come on he only hit the ball really hard once. But I agree with you in the last few minutes he was working in a lot of space and didn't really do anything, I guess he got a bit tired because he was the only one making the runs and trying to cross, because on the left side nothing was happening, so he had to take all the attacking responsability, and he is not that much attack-minded he is more defensive.

Yes I know he played only once, still, he was in that team and at least practiced with them a lot, so we cannot say that the players/defenders today were strange to him...Also it seems to me Lippi had not much faith in Oddo. So he used Zaccardo, but soon recognized his qualities and awarded him with a prime bench seat.

He's too young now .. He might be under the influence over how BIG his father is at Milan and is showing promise as for the Maldini legacy in Milan. Well Lippi has his doggedness like all of us I think ... Del Piero played most of the matches ... what a joke; I wouldn't have picked him up in the first place!!!

Well DP wasn't that much of a big surprise that he was ther, he was always Lippi's favourite, and I did think he deserved it a bit, he had a good season at Juve, even if he almost never played, and from the friendlies he had played he had proved that he could still be useful to the team. The big joke I think was Iaquinta, how many goals did he score last season? And they where all from penalties. And Lippi always played him OVER PIPPO, that should be reason enough to question his ways

On the Serginho issue; I'm not saying he is not useful to us. All I'm saying is that we can't field both Silvio's boy and Cafu at the same time no more. It has to be one of them and you know Serginho won't be benched (and rightfully between the two - Oh Janku's gonna have another miserable year).

Yeah that is what I was saying a few days ago, those 2 can't play with eachother, I think the best solution would be to play Bonera when playing Serginho and Janku when playing Cafu', we look at the team we are going to play against and see where their week spot is, if it's their left side we use Cafu, if it's their right sied we use Serginho. Simple as that. Like for example in bayern game, it was so obvious how week their right side was, Serginho was tearing threw them and making a lot of dangerous crosses which resulted in 2 goals.
