I think that was robinho who blasted his shot to the sky, not Noce.

That of Robinho was something out of this world, but Nocerino took too long to pass that final ball to El Shaarawy. And it was a pretty simple pass.

Can't believe Allegri did that.Niang?!Pazzini?!Where was Pato?
We actually played really good today..proving Allegri takes him a shitload of time to make the correct changes.Bojan was good but he lack the final touches..although his workrate was wow.
Boateng passed the ball around a bit more today but his usual shots saga continues.

But Montolivo and sharaawy were the top of draw players for me.Montolivo is really clicking in this team and sharaawy gives it the deadly edge.I'll say something though...Pazzini should be nowhere near our bench.Useless player within our system.Robinho...oh if he could always be inspired like in the beautiful pass to sharaawy.

De jong is solid in the middle...he might not be van bommel but there are other locations we need to look at..and that is the defense. One of the worst milan defensive lines I've seen for a while. It's laughable how Acerbi tries to get past defenders and punt the ball..just pisses me off.

The Montolivo bit or the Pazzini bit? naturally Allegri couldn't isk too much and sub DJ or Noce because we would've lost the midfield battle easily. as for the Pazzini bit, I'll be damned if I can explain it! Max literally ****'d on Pato tonight with his decisions.

Yeah, should have passed it right away.Maybe he thought sharaawy was offside?

Well IDK.

I don't think that Noce was THAT much of a presence defensively (or offensively either (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) ). so I thought he was the most logical to remove. Also if his treatment of Pato is as a result of the missed pen as some kinda tough guy act he needs to GTFO

On the Pato thing: IMO putting in Niang is a good decision if it's just this one time. It will boost the kid confidence and maybe help integrate him more in our team, while at the same time we send a clear signal to the media. Also, Pato gets a yellow warn for his effort which is okay as well.

But I fear it's not just a isolated incident. Like Dru and Zeddie said before, Pato could very well get the famous Allegri treatment.

I think we really played well in the 2nd half.

I don't know what to think of us anymore. one game we're total crap, the next we show significant improvements. we're unbelievably inconsistent.

It's a mental problem, obviously + the lack of extra quality.

Niang is not the problem, he showed a few things in those minutes and he looks like he could be something useful if we invest our attention in him. but Pazzini!? explodes my head....

Well, he's a prima punta. Sometimes it works, some other time it doesn't.

I know it's mental, what I can't understand is whether we'll finally put this problem behind and start playing like a top 5 Serie A team does, or this cycle is going to continue till the end?

I feel for Galliani. it's hard to sack Max after a game like tonight's which we weren't bad at all and it's only a few individual mistakes that cost us.
