Hard to believe that ppl go on and on about ronaldinho's supposed lack of character...conveniently forgetting that even now he's infinitely more useful, and talented than Cassano....not only that but he actually has a reason to be complacent having actually won it all...makes you wonder eh?

Correct me if I'm wrong but that "I have an idea about my future but won't tell anyone" quote is old, he said it during the Euros when PSG first tried to sign Silva. maybe some journalist was just bored?

I'm waiting to see how it ends before judging him. maybe I'm naive but I thought his attitude had changed.

I do not pay much attention to what Cassano says. I think he is a very good player and I actually find him a likeable person (if you ignore the occasional “Cassanata”). However, I fear he is a bit lacking in what people these days call EQ, so he just says what he feels at the moment without considering the implications. As a result, he provides lots of material for journalists.

Yes, this is what I thought during the Euros.

If it is just a recycled rumour, I'm not worried in the slightest.

He'll probably be wearing shirt #10 now.

#10 would suit him fine. #9 should be given to another striker should he arrive.

I think Pato should get #9, Robinho #7 and El Shaarawy #11.

I personally think Pato is more a #9 than a #7 but why should he change the number he's had for 4 years? (apart from superstitious reasons like the bad luck with injuries)

Oh, well, whatever his shirt number's gonna be, it will be vacated soon so why do I care. that kind of thing is history at Milan now.

Ain't that the fact. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Like I said most international player (particularly famous Brazilian ones) are a commodity for this Milan management. If they can be bought, they can be sold. At a decent price, of course.

I'm used to seeing Pato as number 7. Because I still can't imagine anyone else wear the shirt left by my favourite player of all time, that is Andriy Shevchenko.

Apparently there was a long and intense discussion between Allegri and Cassano at the end of the training session today in the US, the contents of which are unknown, but it's very possible that Allegri told him now that Silva and Ibra are gone it's up to him to become an important leader of this team.

Cassano's words in the press conference from his presentation day:

"I think and I believe that Milan will be my last club, because I've come to the most titled club in the world, to the top. Above Milan there's nothing else but the sky. This is my last chance, I won't betray the people that had faith in me. They trust me here at Milan and I will never betray them. If I fail here at Milan, I'm for a madhouse".
