pippo coming on in injury time. thats a little insulting.

First thing I thought too. I feel really sorry for him - 2 and a half minutes he gets.

He's not being treated with the diginity with which he has acted in the past 2 years or so.

Very insulting even. Glad I'm not the only one that feels like this (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

It was Pippo's 200th 'game' for us as well! Would have been better to leave him on the bench rather than humiliate him like that IMO.

Told you atht even that line-up would be enough, Cesena is just not a team that can hurt us too much. The first half was great.

Loved how Robinho celebrated Urby's goal, he was more happy than him. Seems like there's a very good atmosphere inside the team.

First half was spectacular. In the second we showed a more laid-back attitude, but the game was sealed anyway. Very important three points. Now let's hope we recover some injured players for Juventus.

I read that Muntari made the most passes(65) and in the first half Mesbah made the most tackles(5). Also with Muntari and Urby scoring today that makes 17 different scorers for us this season which is a league high! And I thought we were Ibra dependent?????? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

It's a bit funny to read comments on how stupid and typical-Allegri playing Muntari was in pre-game, only for him to play so impressively on his debut (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) it's like, every moves Allegri makes is wrong and shitty unless proven otherwise. not digging it.

I'm sure you thought it was a brilliant idea (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

And let's not flatter ourselves too much, Cesena were complete sh!t today and practically let us walk all over them in the first half.

We have a hard test on Saturday, the hardest yet this season imo. And I do fear that the recent games have given us a sense of misplaced confidence, simply because neither Arsenal, nor Cesena were even a challenge for us. I hope that the players don't take it too lightly now. As we've seen it happen in the past.

Also, some of Bonera's clearances were shocking in that second half, a decent team would have punished us more than just with one goal. Will both Mexes and Nesta be back or is it another huge set-back? Also what about Pato, was today only a precaution?

I found out about the result after the game ended. came to this thread and read the posts and, like I said, was amused by the usual pre-game Max lineup bashing routine.

Don't take it personal han boy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/96.gif)

I'm not taking it personal, but as I said, don't read too much into it. It was no masterstroke from Allegri as Cesena were basically non-existant in the first half.

Pulling that BS againstJuve though would be unacceptable, as we'd get slaughtered like we were in the previous 2 games. The fact that Urby had room to run says it all, Cesena gave us a lot of space something that no other Serie A team, especially Juve would do

Maybe that's what Allegri thought, that the shitty Cesena was the right place to give Muntari his debut? why does it always have to be him pulling masterstrokes? these little decision can make a difference too.
