Is he? I can't tell. The Copa will help in that matter. He wasn't bad in the Copa Libertadores final yesterday, but also wasn't perfect either.

The FIGC meeting on openning a 2nd non-eu spot will be next Tuesday on July 28th .. Hence Ganso's arrival is still on a hold.
