He's Dortmunds most recent child prodigy. He's been great for the past weeks is very fast and agile. He's also been nominated for Germanys friendly against Sweden. He seems to be a promising talent. But it's his first real season in professional football.

I agree. They can win the Meisterschaft this year. Klopp seems to be more than the TV teacher he first appeared to be: A hard worker, a fine tactician and a brillant motivator. He was Dortmunds best transfer in the past ten years.

Indeed. And seems like he made (of course, this is based on just 2 seasons, so we cannot tell to which instant this parallel is correct) Dortmund look like a German version of Arsenal. Key now will be regeneration.

Well, I think the reason for Drtmunds young team (average age last week was 23,1!) is their financial problems. They simply didn't have enough cash to buy experienced players. But regeneration shouldn't be a big problem for them. They're out of the DFB-Pokal, almost out of the Euo-League as well which measn they an totally focus on winning the Bundesliga.

No, no, I meant regeneration in sense of replacing the present young players (who will be sold) by new ones.
Anyway, I just hope Klopp won't turn into a new Rangnick (great first part of season, downfall in the second). |

I don't know if you guys notice this, but Borussia Dortmund is 10 points ahead of second place in the table! That's crazy. Bayern Munich is 17 points behind.

Me too. I like both BVB and FCB (sorry for doubting about Subotic).
Well, Bayern have a crazy injury season, the also have problems with the CB's (Breno sucks, Demichelis is in rift with van Gaal, and van Buyten also a disaster+is injured also). So I do understand van Gaals problems. Also, Müller has a pretty quiet season as well. But just look at Schalke and Stuttgart. Especially Schalke, they struggle for survivor. Yes, they won against Bayern 2-0 last matchday, but that was completely undeserved. Werder, Wolfsburg and HSV are also doing pretty bad. It's a peculiar season. |

Yeah. I think however that the problem B.Dortmund are gonna have is with keeping their players. Klopp is fast becoming I imagine a German version of David Moyes. Made some really astute buys like Shinji Kagawa for instance.
But the spine of the team is Barrios, Sahin and Subotic. All three of them are ripe to be pounced on by the bigger players. |

Well he's not had to do anything spectacular in the matches I saw...like for instance Neuer against Munich. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) But I guess he's important to the team.
