Ibra has never played out wide on a 4-3-3 has he? He'll play in the middle (taking Boriello's place), meaning we'll still be very thin on the ground if Pato or R80 get injured. I also think VDV would be a good buy.

I really don't understand this, what was the point of selling Kaka then? We're throwing all this money on one player when we couldn't even afford to buy Boateng and had to beg a mid table club to buy him for us.

Yes Silvio is funding it, but that money could be put into much better use elsewhere.

Silvio always gets what he wants. We can't afford Ibra without silvio, our budget is 0.00 without silvio.

pretty much unless silvio pays the whole thing himself.


We had a budget around 15-20m at the beginning of the window. We used some of it for extentions; we used some of it for loan deals and we used the majority of it in signing 12 youth players.


and we are still signing one more; the uruguyan montelongo who will probably cost 1 or 2m. He just landed in milan reported by MN.

Ibra is not type of Milito's striker who needs assists. Most of the times Ibra makes them on his own. If Ronaldinho get's injured we change our game plan to 4-3-1-2 with Seedorf in the CAM possition.
If Pato get's injured we play 4-3-3 with Oduamandi/Borriellos as his backup.

I agree. Our defense this year looks pretty solid, and with Boateng we have a fairly decent midfield. The only area where we need urgent intervention is the attack, hence the Ibra move.

Yup, but still if we include Pirlo/Pato or Silva in negotiations we're still in the same level.
Thank god Galliani said that he's not going to include any player.
