Guys, what would you think if we signed Ballack? His contract expires now and we could get him for free. The only problem is the age, since he's 33. I leave the word to those who follow the Premier League.

The problem is his wages. Don't think it's worth it. Class player though.

I spoke with Mr. Redzepagic yesterday he is Edin Dzeko manager, at the friday Milan sent the official offer for Dzeko 45 Mil €. There are 2 more offers for him one is better other is weaker he didn't want to tell me who are other too clubs but i think it's Manchester City and Juventus.

I think we can take Van Basten off the list. Here's a soundbyte quoted in tuttomercatoweb (MVB is in Italy for a charity thing):
['I'm not ready to coach Milan': Marco Van Basten takes himself out of consideration for the Milan bench. 'I've always had an ankle problem,' said the ex rossonero striker, 'and to be a coach you need to be free first of all in the head. I've got an ankle problem to resolve and until that time I can't do difficult work like that of a coach.' concluded the Swan of Utrecht, in Italy for the Vialli-Mauro Foundation Pro-Am.] link |

I don't mind MvB is not going to be our next coach, I just don't like his reason for it. sounds silly. how come he can manage other teams? anyway...

Hmm this would make sense in two ways. Juve bid around 35-40m and we out bid them. Man city probably bid around 50m. But even looking at it like that, this doesn't at all makes sense (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) Unless...dinho and huntelaar are leaving this summer.... I'm going to remain skeptical and not believe this. I do believe that our offer is offical, I just don't think he'll be coming here. Theres def more to it than meets the eye. Why wouldn't belu just buy him last year when he was cheaper....? Also we have 20-25m of our own money to spend with our arab sponsor. There is no way we can afford to buy him with that kind of money unless we have some drastic sales. Theres something going on behind the scenes, smokescreens etc etc... we'll have to wait and see. This just isn't like our mgmt to bid 45m during May for a player. This post has been edited by Bluesummers: May 10 2010, 12:28 PM |

Probably 45 million including bonuses. Or are we talking player swaps? But why would we say 45 million bid then?

His min release clause is 40m and that expires may 31. The only way i see this happening is if Dinho/hunt go, were swapping some players and cash or Pato has booked his ticket to madrid already. |

I think there's a better chance of Pato going to Chelsea than Madrid. But that's just me.

But that's just me. as long as kakuta+ delac + 40M comes our way i would be less disappointed but milan is turning into a joke and i'm sure he starting to have thoughts of an exit when he looks around and sees he's the only player running. |
