QUOTE AC Milan Aiming To Replace Klaas-Jan Huntelaar With Luis Fabiano - Report
Despite Milan's greatly improved recent form, the Rossoneri's attack could still use some reinforcements as new purchase Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has been ineffective so far.
The Dutchman has failed to score a single goal this season and although the club have stated they continue to believe in his potential, the transfer rumours are already starting to go around concerning the player.
According to Goal.com Italia, one of the teams interested in acquiring the former Ajax and Real Madrid man are Tottenham Hotspur, who are allegedly willing to spend €15 million for 'The Hunter'. That's the same amount spent by Milan to buy him from Los Blancos.
It's no secret that last summer the Rossoneri's primary target was Sevilla star Luis Fabiano. It's certainly possible that the Serie A giants will make another attempt for him next summer, when they hope to have a bit more money to spend.
Last summer they were unable to meet the Spanish club's demands for the player, and the relationship between the two clubs has deteriorated a bit. But for a player of the 29-year-old's value, they might be willing to make an extra effort. not happening.

Here's a new one. Il Giornale is reporting that Milan are ready to ask Udinese for Pepe on loan-with-option. Udinese, so they think, is probably only willing to sell.

Picked this up from Twitter: QUOTE Milanello Dida has refused an offer from Corinthians. His contract will be extended provided he accepts to get his wages cut back from €4 m to €2 m. This is a smart move, though that means we can't free up a non EU spot from that angle. How many non-EU players can we register?

The twitter thing was in the Italian press yesterday and was, I believe, noted by Miz in the Dida thread.
Does anyone really consider twitter to be in any way a reliable news source? (It happened to repeat something correctly this time but really...)
zeddie, tuttosport is the gobbi pet newspaper. They're going to always slant things pro-gobbi. I doubt it'd happen.

QUOTE (Bluesummers @ Nov 10 2009, 04:46 AM) From Football manager and some from the web like Pato. Football manager is not a reliable source for contracts. Pleas make sure you don't quote your grandma next time... Also make sure you don't post four times in a row. You can edit your previous post if you want to post additional news.

That depends on the source, if it is your grandma twitting then yeah that won't be reliable. But there are few twitters out there from news sources, including goal.com or any other respectable news agency. The key is to find the real ones and discard the fakes. Actually I was following Gooch and then during US game he posted that Italy was beautiful while I am watching him play, go figure.

thing is, goal.com is not reliable or respectable in any language.(IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I wouldn't consider their twitter thingy reliable either. If someone's going to post gossip from twitter, could they please also mention which twitter feed they get it from?
