QUOTE (acid911 @ Jan 28 2009, 11:09 PM) I saw the Wigan game. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) And frankly, Locke, just think Arsenal didn't play an EPL Season 2008-09. I find them hard to believe, the string of results I've seen. And I thought if Manchester United could climb back, so could the Gunners. In a way Arsenal's season has been awfully similar to Milan's. Change of coaches, anyone? Change? Maybe, but definately not a swap. At the moment I wouldn't take in Ancelotti if you fired him over to London with a fu*king catapult.

Lol, don't fret. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) I meant change of coaches as in new guys at the helm. The only place I see Carlo working great is either in Africa (with their pure football), or the Azurri NT. Because frankly he's not that great in the league (though being very decent in knockout tournaments). Then again, I think Carlo needs a bit of a rest. Maybe take a break from coaching for a little while, and then get back in with a fresh mindset. Frankly, I think we should have let him go after Istanbul 2005. Or he should have left after Athens 2007.

Hull/WBA is not relegation. I think the Magpies are more likely to be relegated than the Tigers right now. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) You're always dissing my teams. I hate you! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

The word 'luck' has been thrown in our direction quite a few times this season, but today whatever luck we've had this season has more than equalled itself out. We hit the post twice and had the ball cleared off the line, not once, not twice.. not three times, but four! Aside from these chances, there was some incredibley heroic defending by Wigan, throwing their bodies in front of our players shots. We deserved to win, and win comfortable, but their defenders didn't deserve to lose. Arsenal failed to win at home to West Ham, also with a 0-0 draw, so we have not lost anything today, if anything we've gained, that's 1 less chance for Arsenal to catch us! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) I like Hull, but in my honest opinion, they're by far the worst team in the league. They have 1 points in their last 7 games. Had it not been for their early season form, they'd be bottom, I still think they'll get relegated personally.

QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Feb 1 2009, 06:41 PM) Victim FC 2-0 Chelsea. -Torres with both. At 0-0, Lampard was sent off for winning the ball, and being volley'd in the leg by Alonso, who had already been carded. So instead of doing the obvious thing of sending Alonso off for a late challenge.. he sends Lampard off for nothing. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) MotM performance from Mike Riley for Liverpool, will surely play a huge part in Victim FCs challenge for the title. Terrible terrible decision. Imagine the uproar had a 'poop player been sent off! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) It was also ironic that gerrard done the same thing earlier and just got a talking too (IMG: style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) QUOTE (Locke Lamora @ Feb 1 2009, 07:06 PM) Gerrard booked for diving. When you're playing in a red shirt and Mike Reilly give you a yellow card for diving, then you know you're patethic. Thing is he does the same thing every game! Perhaps he should start seeing more yellows then! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
