He also apparently jokingly said: “Are we incompatible? If we are then maybe he will come back and I will leave,”

Which is always fine by me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) A coach should never be incompatible with any of his players, or at least a good coach shouldn't. Carlo is a fine tactical brain, but seems like a very bad man manager!

Yeah... and that's cause you begged him to get on the field, Carletto and he refused...

yes there is a buy-out clause.

"We believe Bordeaux won't claim him because they would have to pay us 15 million euros, which is a high price" Galliani continued. "But Gourcuff must understand that if he comes back to Milan he will have the competition of at least three or four midfielders."

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) no fat ****, 15 m is a lot for you.

bordeaux can easily make 5-10m off selling him right after they buy him for that amount.

Consider him gone. I don't get what the point of a buyout clause was anyways. Should've been at least 20 mil euros.

This was said by Galliani.

He was also asked about Yoann Gourcuff, the young French midfielder who has been performing very well since joining Bordeaux on loan last summer.

"We believe Bordeaux won't claim him because they would have to pay us 15 million euros, which is a high price" Galliani continued. "But Gourcuff must understand that if he comes back to Milan he will have the competition of at least three or four midfielders."

Doesn't that line indicate that there is a buyout clause in Yoanns contract.

Or 50 million, just to scare other teams off. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Good show, baldie, you seem to have outdone yourself. But I don't want to blame Galliani so early after the good work he's done in getting us some much needed players. The blame should go to other parties, this time.

What the **** is this, "Gourcuff must understand..."? Are we trying to make him not want to come back or what?

again country club mentality. the new guys or people that arent part of the "click" or arent "cool" get shite. no one wonder we've had trouble attracting top players in recent years.

even at that galliani dint pull any coupes here. we signed unwanted players (besides flamini). zambrotta wanted out, and wanted to come to italy (juve dint want him, neither did inter). the only reason we got R10 was because he insisted on us.

this mean Bordeaux probably wouldnt have accepted the long without the option. but again this just a case of us folding our negotiation demands.

guys u gat the news about the buy out clause from goal.com...According to AC MILAN OFFICIAL WEBSITE, it said that Gourcuff will surely return...Gourcuff's been really inspirational...His move to Bordeaux has helped him a lot..He played again today for 81mins against Tunisia and he set up two goals for Henry, the first one being a screamer from Henry...
