I don't think that makes sense. why doesn't anyone label Cesc as an overrated player?

He doesn't get called over-rated much, I'll admit that. But he's also somebody that nobody seems to consider World class either.

He's not World Class yet, but he's already very influential in Arsenal's system.

I consider him World class! he's 21 and already plays like a 27-28. so much ahead of his age. I can't imagine how good he will become in six or seven years' time.

The reason he doesn't get as much praise as CR does, IMO, is because he is a midfielder and scores less goals... for common people a World class player is someone who: 1) attacks! 2) scores goals 3) does tricks and flicks 4) likes publicity 5) etc.

Ronaldo has all those factors while Cesc does not [have all of them].

You and very few others then. I got blasted whenever I call him World class.

I would say Cesc is a pretty fine player... he didn't perform up to par in the Euro 2008, but overall he does a lot of good things for Arsenal. I think he was potentially overshadowed by Xavi and Iniesta in that tournament...

There is one Cesc that plays classy football at Arsenal and there's another pretty average player who drops in for Spain. It's the usual Catalunian thing...

As for the words world class... I don't like swaggering with such epithets..

Yes totally he was. There were several players that completely overshadowed him...

FYI:

Cesc was average (even though he was hands down the best player his age and Xavi only beat him on experience)
Quaresma is overrated and going to be a flop
Dani Alves is worthless

Don't even try talking for me when you misconstrue most of what I say. Cesc was not the best player there... sheesh... Xavi and Iniesta where. It was their passes that were vital. In that final, Cesc was mostly absent.

And all I said about Dani Alves is that he was not worth the price, nor was Quaresma. They are average.

I'm sick and damn tired of this.

I know what he is doing.

I think my time here is coming to an end. And this time I'm dead serious.
