QUOTE (Tennie @ May 31 2007, 01:36 AM) (Personally, I don't want to see him back. He walked out on the club, kissed the Chelsea jersey, etc etc. Let him rot in London. Or Kiev.) come on man, the guy got what he deserved, a bad season for his standard, unsettle in english lifestyle, unable to win his second champions league, couldn't play in his natural position ... I think he must've realized that he made a bad decision I wouldn't mind in fact I'd be happy to see him back, like kurts said It'd be a dream to see em' together

QUOTE (Tennie @ May 31 2007, 03:36 AM) Y'know, I wouldn't put it past Moratti to try this. But the Crespo deal was handled via fax (Inter must have a thing for faxes, what with getting a scudetto that way). Peter Kenyon and the other Chelsea directors stayed in London. Right now, the only Chelsea employee in Milan is Shevchenko himself. (Personally, I don't want to see him back. He walked out on the club, kissed the Chelsea jersey, etc etc. Let him rot in London. Or Kiev.) (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I agree with everything you said. But the reason I don't want him to come back is that I regard him as one a truly great player. Him coming back hat-in-hand would vanish any respect I've still got for him. I don't think he'd ever opt to go to Inter. And Abramovic has nothing against Milan to agree a deal with the merda... but the fact that Berlusconi does not want him (his Chelski) in the G14! QUOTE Chelsea delay Sheva meeting A meeting between Chelsea and Milan to discuss Andriy Shevchenko’s future on Wednesday failed to take place, according to the Italian Press.
The Blues’ chief executive Peter Kenyon was expected in Italy to meet with Inter officials, but the club opted to send a fax to the Nerazzurri to confirm that Hernan Crespo will remain at the San Siro next term.
Milan and Chelsea officials therefore did not have the opportunity to meet and discuss Shevchenko’s future, although reports in Italy suggest that negotiations are well underway.
The striker left Milan to join Chelsea last summer in a £30m move, but struggled to cope with life in the Premiership.
The Rossoneri have reiterated over the past few months that they would welcome the 2004 European Footballer of the Year back to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
Shevchenko had insisted that he wanted another chance to prove himself in England, but it appears that neither Coach Jose Mourinho nor the striker seem keen to work with each other.
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is open to a Milan return for the Ukrainian, but will not accept a loan deal, as he hopes to recover most of the £30m.
In the meantime, Milan have decided to extend Ronaldo’s contract, which is set to expire in June. The Brazilian’s agent Fabiano Farah was in town on Wednesday and the new one-year deal is expected to be announced in the next few days.

I miss the ****ing traitor! Milan miss him... he used to be so classy. He's the greatest forward I've ever seen play besides Ronaldo! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) PS I'm not saying I want him back.

Its sad he ain't coming back..He was the most complete striker (can take free kicks, shots, dribble, score with head which henry doesn't do, and score with both legs anytime)..However, he has dipped in form..I doubt if he'll still be as dangerous as he was in milan...
