QUOTE (Darunia @ Jul 30 2008, 08:37 AM) hopefully he doesn't turn out like grimi I find this annoying. Why is Grimi mentioned every time as if he was the worst signing ever? He came for nothing and he's still 23. Of course he was never ready for Milan but in two years at Sporting he will be a very good player! QUOTE (armisse @ Jul 30 2008, 10:51 AM) after Pato capture if he turn out to be Messi or higher i will not shocked There is no higher than Messi. The guy was great from his first match... it was hard to even call him a talent back then cause he was more than that. Really now... you don't expect a Messi do you? If he's half as good as Messi I'd be more than satisfied... I love surprises! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Welcome Taba!

QUOTE (armisse @ Jul 30 2008, 12:29 PM) there is no higher than Messi ???? O !!! how can u say that when there is always better over everything !
and then you dont know Viudez at all , how can you judge him !!!! ?? I watched Messi's debut and have followed him ever since. I have never seen a youngster that had such an impact right from the beginning before. His game has always been very mature for his age and I doubt I'll ever see a youngster's debut as dynamic as Messi's but of course it's not impossible... I don't know him at all but if he was as good as Messi then we would have heard of him. Messi is a rare gem, I doubt we could find another one so easily... of course he can become great, not all players blossom early... I sure have expectations for him!

Needn't necessarily be for the first team...could be used as a bargaining chip to get someone else in the winter transfer.
Maybe offer him to Cagliari for Cavani or something. It's quite possible and it's a very usual transfer tactic by Milan.
Though how good he is only time can tell.
Of course I could be completely wrong, and he might be this hidden prodigy who's going to actually be the central mid-fielder who can attack, instead of being a converted trequartista that Seedorf is.

Who would give up any of their regulars for an untested (in Serie A) 19 year old? You don't really expect Viudez to get more than a couple of chances if any at all, right? He is a normal prodigy our scouts suggested we should buy... anything else would be weird to me.
