So it's official Barzagli will play for Wolfsburg next season and after Keita, Barcelona signed Pique.

Liverani is leaving the Viola and will probably end up in Palermo.

Iraqi playmaker Nashat Akram won't play at City because he didn't get a work permit (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

it's been a while since my last post but i wanted to throw this out there. We used to be able to say we are Milan, here is a decent contract, come play with us.

Now we have to say "we are Milan, yes i know we are only playing UEFA next year but we promise we'll be in the CL the year after, well since you brought that up how about we pay you a ton more then the other guys trying to get your signature."

I hope this is a huge kick in the pants to the board members to allow more transfer funds to be avaliable so we are never in this situtation again. our wages are going to be outrageous and possibly match madrids soon. LaPalma did mention the (cash)potential Wolfsburg has a few times...

IMO that's sweet-sour. Playing for Wolfsburg and in the Bundesliga is not better then in Serie A. But..he'll be fed up with them after 1-2 seasons and then we can step in..

Perhaps but by then there will be better options. If we keep playing bonera, barzagli wont be needed. Then we can go for better options like zapata.
