I think the David Villa-to-Spurs rumors are perhaps a little more realistic than the Eto'o rumors. The Berbatov-to-Milan rumor is out and about in the Italian media today, for what that may be worth.

Not sure why there aren't any rumors linking Milan to Amelia. The only Italian keeper not already owned by Milan that there's even a hint of Milan interest in is the Brescia keeper, Viviano, who's doing fairly well both for Brescia and for the Azzurrini.

It seems so. They've told Villa's agent not to let him sign for another club befre they get the chance to meet with him, so they're clearly interested.

If Ronaldinho isn’t set to join Milan, then Kaka has asked for another Barcelona star – Lionel Messi.

“If Adriano Galliani ever gave me the reins to the transfer market, I would sign Messi,” revealed the Brazilian on Sky Italia.

“At this moment in time he is a player I like to watch. He can make the difference in an incredible way. If I could sign any player, yes, it would be Messi.”

Although the pint-sized Argentine has indeed been linked with a switch to San Siro, up until now it has only been towards Inter.

As the Ronaldinho deal appears to be crumbling based on recent medical tests, the negotiations with Barcelona could instead turn to Messi.

“Can we play together? Of course,” continued Kaka. “I can play with Messi, with Ronaldinho, with Alexandre Pato and with Pippo Inzaghi. It is just an issue of adapting to each other.”

Kaka did not get much opportunity to play alongside Ronaldo, whose snapped knee tendon has ruled him out for eight months.

Il Fenomeno has been in the headlines for non-football matters, as the three transsexual prostitutes who claimed they slept with him and did drugs have now retracted their stories, admitting they were trying to extort money from the striker.

Nonetheless, the incident has left a stain on his reputation, something that deeply religious family man Kaka is unaccustomed to.

“I tried calling him, but we know Ronie is a bit out of the loop at the moment. I respect him for what he has been through and this is a difficult time.

“I try to stay close to him as much as possible in every situation. I respect him a great deal and he is a very good person. Those who know him are aware of his values.

“Everybody can make a mistake. I do not judge him for what he did and that error, which he has taken full responsibility for.”

actully we aare trying to get canani on loan to see how he progreses
*

The loan was proposed so he could prove his fitness. If he can prove it then he will be signed full time (supposedly). He has had some serious injuries in the past.

I second that - but obviously that dosen't mean that mean I am not open about it.
I mean - who doesn't like Messi?

...Btw i also consider Amelia to be a pretty good keeper.
I think we should look into his availability (especially if Livorno get relegated)
However I wouldn't mind Frey either (he pulls of some pretty amazing saves)

It's alot of money to pay, but I think he still has around 3 years left on his Spurs contract, so it's going to take a huge amount of money to get him.

Of course it's too much money, but we're talking EPL here one should be happy it's not £25M (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

By the way, Nasri signed new contract (till 2012) according to France Football, but the most interesting thing is a departure close (15M€). Marseille president said few days ago that Nasri will go this summer for a least 20M€, but now it seems that he'll go for less. It's a very fair price and we should bid for him, he's the right replacement for Pirlo.
