QUOTE (pKillerMax @ Mar 15 2008, 11:15 PM) Maybe Flamini on a free transfer? We can't know for sure what's going on behind the curtain at Milanello, but do you guys believe the management are working on any sort of objective to realize during the transfer market? The past couple season's, this surely wasn't the case. And Pato, from what I have learned, was the fruit of Leonardo's labor who urged (the keyword here) the club to buy him.Is Milan working on a master plan to buy players and fill the holes in the squad and add much needed strength? Or are they gonna take the happy-go-lucky rout again? the same thing happened with Ricky as well, we only signed him because Chelsea came sniffing. Quite why we can't act swiftly I really don't know? QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ Mar 16 2008, 01:03 AM) Exactly like subbing the totally inpotent Gilardino with the tricky Paloschi. Is it not Carlo's fault for picking a striker in terrible form in the first place? QUOTE (Jack Sparrow @ Mar 16 2008, 03:27 AM) Mourinho? Give Carletto a 120mill pounds to spend, and we'll talk. Give Carlo Porto and see if he wins the CL. Carlo has had the use of players like Sheva, Nesta, Rui Costa, Inzaghi, Kaka', Pato, etc. These guys hardly cost £0 or were were nothing when he had them.. He has to go, any manager that finishes 4th with Milan two seasons in a row is clearly not good enough.

QUOTE (pKillerMax @ Mar 16 2008, 04:07 AM) Do you even know Jack, that Ancelotti blocked some transfers? He didn't want any more players and that his squad was complete according to himself? That any more transfers would have had a negative impact on the squad? And then he only asked for Emerson as a Pirlo alternative? It's not like he has no say in transfers and they just give him whatever the hell they want then tell him to shut up. Do you think Roma directors just bought Giuly for Spalletti as a baby shower gift or something? Do you think Cicinho and Vucenic dropped out of sky for Roma? No, Spalletti has a system and he demanded those players or at least players with those kind of characteristics. And he didn't get fired. He didn't ask for one world class player in each single position on the pitch. He just asked for the best options possible and now he can hold his head high and say, I did that. Ancelotti wouldn't have been fired if he had asked for some young blood who could have arrived for a relatively reasonable price. He could have asked for a Thiago Neves type player who could have had come on today and made a difference like Spalletti's two subs did. It's Ancelotti's fault. We are all very grateful for him and I'm sure everybody here, deep down inside, still wants to see him admit his mistakes, demand some solid transfers and see how he does. But if he is not going to even do that, then he must go. He will be remembered as one of the most successful coaches EVER for Milan, just like Sacchi, but as you know Sacchi is not on Milan's bench anymore and nor should be Ancelotti come next season. (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) What an absolutely fantastic post (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

QUOTE ADRIANO GALLIANI
“I watched the game until the yellow card of Pato and I must say that up until then I saw the best Milan of the season. We played very well and I think that we would have deserved to double our score. Then I don’t know what happened, but I repeat, until the yellow card of Pato I saw a great Milan side. In an hour, about an hour and one quarter, Roma had more or less shot once towards goal.
“Milan tonight had another demonstration of the importance of Clarence Seedorf. I think that to play well we also need Seedorf. It’s tough to play without him and that's why I'm sorry about his absence against Arsenal. At Monaco last year and against Manchester United, he was fundamental. I think that the trio Seedorf-Kaka-Pato can give us great satisfactions.â€
CARLO ANCELOTTI
“There’s disappointment for the defeat. At times there are deserved defeats, at times undeserved defeats. Roma took advantage of some final carelessness and won a game in which the most correct result would have been a draw or something more. I have nothing to say about the level of the game, until their draw we had conducted the game a lot. We were very good, we have managed the game, trying and find the goal advantage and going close to doubling the score. We have lost, patience. Football is also this. Let’s concentrate about playing like this. With the same quality and will we had today we can reach our objectives.
“There wasn’t a final collapse. Their first goal arrived in a fortunate situation and the second one was our fault. It’s a pity, because we had done very well. During the week we worked with tranquillity and today we have played a great game. Roma is maybe the most accredited team right now, so we leave the pitch with our heads held high. We must persist in searching the quality of the game.
“Tactically we interpreted it well, we have combined with accuracy and we did not unbalance ourselves. There was an excellent group work in all the phases of the game. The lads did their best: all of these things increase our disappointment, but the optimism and the confidence remains. Playing like this, results will arrive. Now let’s think about Wednesday, as it will be an important game. With the possibility of working, the team has proven to be able to improve quickly.†(IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) both of them are fcking idiots, pure and simple.

QUOTE (Jack Sparrow @ Mar 16 2008, 05:27 AM) Not Carlo's fault. I'm with Filippo in this one. Okay... you like Carletto... but he can do mistakes can't he? I find your post kinda clueless (just a personal opinion). I'm not saying I'm right and you're wrong but you can't base your opinion on matters irrelevant to the game... QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Mar 16 2008, 04:29 PM) Give Carlo Porto and see if he wins the CL. Give Mou Chelsea and see if he wins the CL. Oops he already failed on that... I think Mou is idolized too much... he did magnificently with Proto but I don't see why he's praised so much for his heroics at Chelsea. I'm not saying he did bad but he won two titles with no actual competition and he lost the only one where he faced some... he also was eliminated by Liverpool twice, a team that just could not be compared to his - especially in the first occasion - and which he consecutively managed to beat in domestically... I'm not afraid of Mourinho's Inter if that thing will ever see the light of day.

Our bigest problem as i found here is that Ribbery was not beautiful enough and Toni a bit out of Class otherwise we could take money from Silvio for them and everything was possible even MOscow ! and one thing more is that Mourinho can do everything everytime ! he can even help us if he comes to Milan as Inter Milan coach ! becuz he can do everything everytime !!!
