There's an article in the Saturday print edition of Gazzetta (page 5). I haven't seen an online version of the article but can type out the Italian if anyone is really interested.
The doctors at Milan Lab have diagnosed Ronaldo with Hypothyroidism. They say that this is the reason why his weight isn't dropping despite the fact that he isn't eating much. He's been diagnosed medication to correct the imbalance and should, according to the article, be fine. Wikipedia Hypothyroid Article |

Maybe now, after the treatment, he would be even in better shape than last season. He just needs to be careful with injuries.

What's Ronaldo's actual injury at the moment? Or is it just a lack of match fitness right now? Or the weight thing?
