What a disapointment.
Last week, i ordered myself a new jacket & a Kaka beanie.
They arrived today. Having crossed half of europe & into the UK, they arrived.
But.
The jacket is two sizes smaller than i ordered, and the 'one size fits all' beanie barely fits over my hand, never mind my head!
So, one expensive international phone call later, ive been told that they'll mail me some info for sending it all back. Hopefully so i can get the jacket in the right size, and get the beanie refunded.

Its annoying because i need a new jacket. My old ones v.well worn.
So its gonna take at least a month to sort out. Seeing as ive got to wait for them to send a letter with RMA details on, then ive got to send it them. And then wait for them to recieve it, send out the correct jacket & hopefully refund the beanie.
