Galliani said today on Milan Channel that Milan want to become like Arsenal i.e. discovering young talents etc. At this moment Braida is in Rio and then he'll fly to Buenos Aires to observe some young talented lads.

He also stated that we aren't buying in the transfer window. It appears that Braida has been observing young talent lads for some time. The problem is all the young talent Argentinian or Brazilian talent goes to Spain because its more of an attacking Football style.
