Ancelotti opens door for Shevchenko's return  However, his former coach would not want to fork out 45 million Euros for the Ukrainian forward.

Andriy Shevchenko's adventure at Chelsea has not started in the best of ways, as his performances have been below par and Jose Mourinho has publicly asked him to improve.

Still, the memories he left at Milan are definitely good as Carlo Ancelotti said that he would welcome Shevchenko back, but at a much lower price than the one Milan sold him for.

"If Sheva would like to return, I would welcome him back, but not at 45 million Euros," declared Ancelotti during a press conference.

I wasn't discussing the reaon he left, I was simply pointing out that most of us on these boards have already come to a conclusion about the Sheva topic.

Why do u say 1 goal in six games ???? Sheva has never had a goal drought like that at milan, SO no way will that happen at the SanSiro! U know he needs to get used to Chelsea and thier russhain way of things.. Yes he did go through droughts like that, are you forgetting the 02/03 season, he didn't make it past the number 10 mark for all goals scored in all competitions combined. And he takes the penalties for us!! (Or was Pirlo taking them back then? I can't remember)

Or very recently, he went from the Lyon match in the San Siro, till the end of the season without scoring. I would say that is a goal drought. Let's face it, Sheva has been on the decline for these last few season's but all of us refused to see it, because we all had a pair of rose tinted glasses when we looked at him.

As for him coming back Srry Nova I respect ur opinion on a "Taking back a girl that has cheated on you" but. P.s As for the Topic subject- No way I think will get him back even if hes priced at 1mil Liras= Hes not needed and even he does go on to become prem topscorer, gd for him.

I don't think he would make the impact he made when he was still here, he would no in the back of his mind, if he ever came back that is, that he doesn't have that adoration and backing of the fans anymore. And I don't think that the players on the team would ever accept him fully back and act as if nothing ever happened.

But we should all stop discussing this because we know he ain't coming back, he might be playing golf as I'm typing this right now. So why would he want to come back??
