Mexes had a better game, albeit he was more combustible. He was the one making the aerial clearances and trying to clear low balls while also trying his best to cost the team a man and get himself sent off. Rami is decent on the ball, just lousy and unreliable as a pure raw defender. Can't tackle, lacks strength, and doesn't have positional sense worth a damn. If Alex could just get fit and Pippo get his head out of his *rse and put Zapata alongside him we'd be far better off. |
