Con Dida in scadenza di contratto, il Milan si cautela per il ruolo di portiere. Nell'ambito dell'operazione che dovrebbe portare Marco Borriello in quel di Livorno, la società rossonera otterrà dal sodalizio del presidente Aldo Spinelli un'opzione per Marco Amelia, portiere classe 1982 che ha fatto parte della vittoriosa spedizione della Nazionale agli ultimi Mondiali. Cresciuto nella Roma, l'estremo difensore di Frascati ha vestito anche le maglie di Lecce e Parma.

Roman Weidenfeller from Borussia Dortmund,..I`ve been monitoring him for at least tree seasons and he is simply great! Look out cause he is coming...with his 26 years, for a keeper still plenty to look forward. He would be my first choice.

Nope he wasn't... Hildebrand was and is Lehmanns successor, but Weidenfeller is quite promising as well.
