Okay, usually we have much trouble against Palermo. This time both ours and their team look more or less horrible. We'll see what happens.

Absolutely vile first half - organisation was all over the place and Pato genuinely looked like he simply did not care.

Taking him off and putting Bojan on made all the difference. First time the Spaniard has looked like the player he was at Barca. Really inspirational stuff from him, and that first run and shot just utterly sparked him into life and thereafter he was the centre of all that was good.

Monto also had a fine second half, and between the two of them and SES we looked like a dangerous side after the break.

It's just a pity that Allegri persists with this nonsense formation which doesn't work - as I said a hundred times a 3 at the back only works if you have 5 defenders who are 100% in tune and know the system. The 3 CBs and whoever plays as WB don't seem to know what they're doing and it does not work.

This was a Jekyll and Hyde display - a defensive mess, but then a much better attacking display in the second half.

Draw was a fair result overall but I have to blame and credit Allegri in equal measure.

Bad lineup and formation to start with, but he made good subs which affected the match.
