Could this be Allegri's swan song?

If he does not win this one I can see him getting the sack. Inexcusable decisions in all of the games so far with the Bologna result flattering him.

If we want to achieve something decent in the CL this season then we have to win the group, but if losing this game means Allegri going, then I'd hope for a loss at this point

Anyone know who will be back from injury for this one?

I can't remember the last time when someone actually ''really like to see'' such an awful midfield.

What's awful about it?

Switch Constant for Monto and it's basically the starting midfield all of us would prefer (considering Allegri's shortcomings)

I could have posted a far more attractive 4-5-1 set up but we all know it won't happen. The current probable line-ups have the same midfield but with Urby. However, I prefer Constant because Urby gets bullied out to easily when he's playing in the center of the pitch while Constant is more adapt to playing a more central midfield position.

But seriously, that aweful midfield should hold its weight against them. There is no more grinta in this team and the fact that these are the players we embarked the season with, I believe you get the picture .. We just need to back this team, at least till the winter window.

Constant isn't that bad, neither are De Jong, KPB and Nocerino. They proved their merits and showed spirit 'At some point' in their careers. Just give them time and it will work out.

That midfield is all we have right now, so I don't understand why Chu made a big deal about it. I know he absolutely does not rate Nocerino which is ridiculous imo. Also would you guys prefer the strocity that was both Ambro and NDJ in a flat 3-man midfield?

Constant is a dynamic player who impressed me a lot in pre-season, if it's between him and Urby than he would be my choice. I'd play Urby at LB becuase Antonini is not doing himself any favours at this rate. So I'd really love to see how Urby would do there given a consistant run of games.

The midfield + atatck tomorrow expected to be Nocerino, De Jong, Emanuelson, Boateng, Bojan and Pazzini. Mexes should make his return as well, according to milannews.

Basically what I posted but with Urby, as I've already said, I think Constant would do a better job in our narrow midfield, but at least it's not 2 DMs lumped in there

Probable line-up (according to TMW): Abbiati; Abate, Bonera, Yepes, Antonini; Nocerino, De Jong, Ambrosini; Boateng; Pazzini, Bojan.
