If AC Milan finish trophyless this season also, Carlo Ancelotti DEFINITELY has to go. He does not seem to instill the sense of determination and mental strength in the players to fight back despite setbacks. This was evident in Istanbul and this season where they conceded the Serie A title race a long time ago. We should also remember that Ancelotti's time in Juventus in the 1990s led them ending up second best in the SERIE A
and Champions League a couple of times.
Besides him, the old players who keep getting injured and play less matches should go to rejuvenate the team. Even though these players are part of Milan's legendary players, they have to go at some point of time. IF i was the manager,to make way for new players, i would offload Ambrosini, Amoruso, Rui Costa, Simic. I still don't think its a wise decision to keep hanging on to old defenders like Cafu, Costacurta and Maldini. Paolo Maldini is my favourite footballer of all time. However, increasing age has and the need to play 2 high-intensity matches almost every week is expecting too much from them.
Talking about bad signings, Vieri is reported to be the 5th highest earning footballer in the world. To think tat he spent 6 months on Milan's reserve bench and hardly contributed to the campaign, he surely earned lots of money for his short stint in Milan. That money could have been used to buy a good defender. (IMG:

this is the same garbage that everyone tried to spread at the beginning of the season...it's old, boring and has been proven wrong NUMEROUS times on the field...does Lyon ring any bells?
I believe Carlo is a great coach who has proven his worth by not only pushing our team to an amazing comeback in the league table, but also by bringing us yet ANOTHER great CL performance...something a lot of other teams could never dream of.
