I think that Paolo will have a good game tomorrow: Inter lacks forwards with blinding pace.

Plus, Paolo has aged very gracefully like a fine wine. Pace was never the name of his game, so his smarts should be enough. I am glad he is in the center and not on the wing, an experiment that failed (uggghhh Arsenal last year).

Maldini never relied on speed, but I clearly remember it being part of his game.
After all you have to have had some degree of speed to keep the likes of Marc Overmars underwraps.
Concerning Maldini getting playin time - I am kinda caught in the middle; I'm very neutral about it. Ater all the team comes first, and I also can't bare to see these still to be proven'star players' making a mockry of him at times, its not right. But then again I also love to see when at his age he is still capable of putting up a disputeable MOTM performance like in the CL match last season against Arsenal.
All in all - I love to see Maldini play still (especially when he out performs himself for his age), but I certainly can't bare to see Maldini playing at 60% of what we once knew him as. As a Milanfan we were spoilt having a great defence all the time, so I guess thats why when it has reached the point where it now has, is why it hurts so much.
