The above quote is what Galliani said in response to the petition asking Berlusconi to sell the club. He can't make it any clearer than this.

The club does NOT want to be in debt. They don't want to find themselves in the same ****hole as most of the other big clubs. And they gotta do what they gotta do. We're a big club with limited transfer funds.

For this, I'm grateful for the transfers we already made. And I think Milan will keep fighting until they get their finances straight again. Can we win the Scudetto with this squad? Most likely not. But things will get better.

Now do I believe Galliani should be sacked? Probably yes. We need someone like Leonardo IN CHARGE of our transfers, not just as a scout. Galliani dropped the ball one too many times... And he has a thing for injury-prone oldies while Leonardo is into youth.

i think for our limited funds and very little backing from berlu and the fact that we are not in champions league with debt we have done very very well in the market. I personally am going to apologize for doubting his TM ability. Yes we are NOT fully reinforced in every area but realistically we are not chelsea or madrid and we cannot spend millions without care.

I give credit where its due and galliani's time is due. I say well done and hopefully our problems can be solved by winter or next summer.
