I think it's no one of that list. Maybe not even a foward.

I wish it is Ronaldinho.

I say Henry.

The Toni saga is getting a bit weird. Apparently Juve, Inter, Bayern and Milan have all made offers to him.

Bayern are saying he's agreed with them, but Luca's agent is saying that it's completely made up. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Ronaldinho, Sheva, Henry, Toni and Et'o can't be described as "mystery men", because they've been linked with a Milan move sevaral times. Also Ancelotti already said that Ibra is not the mystery man. It may be Drogba but I don't think it's a player from a foreign Championship. In my opinion he is a player involved in the italian Championship.
My candidates would be : Totti, De Rossi, Adriano, Stankovic and why not Alex Del Piero.

I can say to you that there's a 10% chance that De Rossi or Adriano might be.

And 0% chance that one of the others.

Exactly. R10, Sheva, Eto'o are not mystery men at all.
Toni's just signed for Bayern. He's not an option anymore.
Henry... it's impossible. Barca and Inter are ahead of us.
Messi... even more impossible than Henry. Barca must be stupid to let such a player go. let's Assume they are, Inter are ahead of us, and Messi can join his fellow bunch of Argentinians.

I think it's Ibra. It's right that Carletto rules him out, but that doesn't convince me.
It's either Ibra or R10. I like them both but definitely prefer Ibra. He's exactly the type of player we need.

Don't rule out Beckham (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Apparently LA Galaxy might loan him out to a European club when their season ends(nov) so he can keep his match fitness up for Euro 2008.

Yallop, though, believes Beckham would be better served putting his feet up once the American season draws to a close.

"We have a long season and a long pre-season, so he will need the break at the end of our season in October or November," said Yallop.

"We will need to give him a break and he will need a test, so I don't see any loan deals going on with David."

Beckham has not been drawn to comment on the speculation, but has made no secret of his desire to extend his England career and a loan move could suit the 32-year-old.

I think that Yallop guy can say good-bye to his job if he's going against Mr. President.

All this Tevez talk is making me sick.

I'd be horribly disappointed if Villa signed him, I'd have to start some sort of protest.. But Milan? That just can't be possible, I'll throw myself of a bridge.

No, no, never.

Him leaving Juve is like Paolo leaving Milan.

He is a Juve legend, he was the first to confirm that will stay in Serie B, moreover he's their captain, he's 32 years old, and at that age leaving a club where you are a legend for a life-long enemy like Milan.....just doesn't get sense to me!

I rather enjoy the transfer market silly season and will give it a go.

If Max's mystery man is from the list of Gerrard, Del Piero, Lampard, Puyol & Henry and if Del Piero is out...I'd /hope/ that it's either Gerrard or Puyol. Why would that cause chaos though? It can't cause chaos unless the player in question is someone important.

Since me and Max agree on everything, I assume my guess is right. Thus meaning Thierry Henry will be a member of the Rossoneri come August. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I think Ancelotti never said the mystery man is a great player... so it could be Michel Salgado... surprising isn't it?

well a chaos and a surprise would also happen if Javier Zanetti wants to come (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

If Ferguson lets Ronaldo leave, he's gone insane.
This year Ronaldo has been like 40-50% of Man U, and Nani and Anderson are merely back-up, in my opinion.
But it could be a Man U player, though.
Ferguson has a habit of selling/getting rid of one good player every year.
Yorke, Beckham, Stam, Van Niestelrooy...maybe Saha this year?

Saha's just a not so good version of Gila.

Played for a lower class team, really looked great, once he got into a big club with a huge transfer, he just didn't live up.

I'd rather keep Oli than have Saha, this is not my anti-United side talking either, it's truth.

I would love to see him in Milan! I'm sure Costacurta and Maldini will help him a lot if he was ever to join us. Not to mention Kaka. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) C. Ronaldo would be a dream move.

You got it all wrong...

Look: Gila>>Saha>>Oli

What has Gila got to do with Saha? Saha is a 31 year old French striker who has severe injury problems and never did play in a major team befor ManUtd. Gila is 24 and has plenty of time, never was injuried and got more goals for every team he played in his career then Saha. I fail to see anything that bind these to players.

Saha wouldn't cause a chaos.

Also one thing is for sure: Only a great player leaving a club would cause a chaos. Otherwise Ancelotti wouldn't waste his time talking about him (let's say Raul Bravo of Real (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) )

Saha is actually 28 and he scored 53 goals in 117 matches for Fulham which is pretty close to Gila's record in Parma.

And yeah, I don't rate Oli at all. I don't think nobody here does. The guys clearly has talent but is a nervous wreck. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Ooops, you`re right with the age. But still. They can`t be compared. Parma isn`t Fulham. Gila was spectacular with Parma, he went with a wreck of the team to the UEFA c. semi.

I mean, in general, Gila is much superior and has a lot more to offer- (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

That's my point..

I didn't say they were exactly the same age, I was comparing Saha at Fulham to Gila at Parma, both mid-table clubs.. They both scored for fun at their respective teams before making big money moves to a top team in the country.

I'd say their careers have been pretty symetric in that case. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Actually Gila has a good goal scoring record with us. But we all know he hasn't been decisive for us. And He could have done much better. But again, 29 goals in 62 games isn't too bad. Many would consider that very good actually.

Gila's goalscoring isn't my problem, I think he scores more than enough for us. I just don't like his overall play.

Saha scoring record is similar to Gila's Milan record, he's scored 23 in 69, a few less goals in a few more games. But again with him, it's his poor play.

Other than scoring they don't offer too much, Gila will get better. Saha won't.

How great would it be if we all just new? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I guess it would ruin the suspense but it might be like waiting all year to open a bad Christmas present. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I JUST WANT TO KNOW, I would be extatic if Milan bought a great player who can make an impact like tommorow. Im nervous but excited. WHO IS IT? He could be the mystery man .. But I was never a fan, his one trick pony isn't what Milan are about. Serie A is a tough league, if he does this tricks in Serie A, expect his legs being broken easily (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

I think Cristiano should go play for Roma or Lazio. One trick in the derby game, and he would certainly reconsider messing about with all his fancy moves.. otherwise his career would be over.

I think the mystery man could also be Totti (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Why not, he would seriously cause some up roar.

I also thought of Figo, but that wouldn't cause such a shock, it would be like 'whatever' (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I'm starting to think if it's not Henry it's a player from either Roma or Inter.. Ibra and Totti are the only 2 names that would cause real chaos though.

Milan Declare Henry And Emerson Interest

AC Milan have declared an interest in signing Thierry Henry, with the Frenchman's future at Arsenal as uncertain as ever.

zoom - galleria The weekend press have been full of report linked the striker with a move to Barcelona, which is a rumour that appears to never go away, but it seems Milan also have a hope of bringing Henry back to Italy.

The former Monaco and Juventus star had a disappointing season with the Gunners due to injury and despite signing a new contract one year ago has done little to dampen the speculation as the future of both Henry and manager Arsene Wenger appear up in the air.

"Our will is to sign a midfielder and a forward," Carlo Ancelotti told the Italian press. "You know of the names that are circulating.

"There are lots of big-name strikers, but there is nothing concrete as these players are playing for big teams.

"Henry is a great player and is among those who could be of interest to us."

While refusing to offer anything definitive on rumours suggesting that Milan had already reached an agreement with Emerson, he said: "I have not confirmed names and do not wish to, but Emerson is a player with the characteristics that would be useful for us."

Could it be him? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

If it's going to be a striker and a midfielder, why not Ribery and Tevez (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)
Both young, both with great qualities, both courageous, both ugly.. i think that's the reason why (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Why not them! Soon they will be on of the greatest and we are letting them slip in front of our noses (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

It's more than nice (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) . And Gila thought he wasn't playing enough this season...

Why not? He will now decide that Milano is the right place for him and his wife, wandering all day through the boutiques (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

But may be you're right, Hollywood is better than Milano (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Not really. As long as they keep bringing in players, it won't matter.

lets put it this way. next year while clubs like chelsea will have african players leave for the african cup of nations, our players will be taking time off to get heart surgery and hip replacement surgery (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I don't like him, but it will be interesting to se him and Andrea in on team, with KaKa and Gatusso in the midfield and two superb strikers like Ronaldo and let's hope Tevez and some times Pippo or Gilla (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)

Don't think it'll happen (Beckham, that is). Then again, I thought Ronaldo would never join Milan so.....

FWIW, the less reputable sources in Italy are positing that Gila could be traded to Barca (for...someone?)

Gila in exchange for Eto'o?

Can't happen.
Gila is hardly surviving in Milan, while in Barca he would die at all.

and Barca aren't that stupid.
